  this mavis is always so helpful and thorough with their work. they are transparent about the work they're doing and make sure to keep you involved every step of the way. excellent customer service and I've never waited around long. love them!

  My son got a car and took ownership with bring it up twice when work was needed. Curtis did a phenomenal job educating my 16 year old, facilitated the ownership of a kid taking care of his car, and led him to the best solutions. I had an incident at another place and called Daniel to get clarification as they are the experts in this area. He took time to listen, explain and educate me. He came up with a solution after 15 minutes of our call and pattered with me to overcome this situation. Often time kids and woman like me can be taken advantage of due to their lack of understanding and this group at Longleaf truly take the Mavis brand and training to heart and are focused on the customer. I couldn’t ask for a better group to work with!

  This Mavis Tires location is new, clean, and very easy to access. There’s a Dunkin’ Donuts right next door, which is convenient if you need to wait. We’ve been pleased with the Mavis brand tires we selected for two of our vehicles, and the staff is generally friendly and enthusiastic. That said, it’s clear this location is still new and somewhat inexperienced. We had incorrect air pressure put into newly installed tires, and for some reason they were unable to perform a front-end alignment. On another occasion, after a long phone conversation, I was told to bring a vehicle in for an A/C diagnostic—only to arrive and be told they don’t have qualified A/C techs on staff. That resulted in wasted trips for both me and my wife. The most frustrating experience was discovering a bad valve stem on a tire that had been installed the previous day, which left me stranded in a Lowe’s parking lot on a Sunday afternoon. When I returned to the store, I was told they didn’t have an appointment available, even under those circumstances, and had to leave the vehicle there after a disagreement with the manager. Despite these issues, we continue to give this location the benefit of the doubt and hope that with time, experience, and better communication, they’ll improve. The foundation is there—it just needs refinement.

  I had recently got a routine oil change done with Daniel, Myles(hope spelling is correct lol) and Brett. As usual the service was exemplary but that's not the purpose of this review, what happened after is reason why we continuously support them! Not long after the oil change the oil pressure light kicked on, and I know with changes in weather the sensors in cars nowadays can go on the fritz so I didn't pay mind to it. However, after a few weeks it wasn't going away. So I called Brett and explained the situation to him and he said to swing on in today 12/31/25, one of their busiest days and he said drop by! I drove over, had him and Myles take a look once the car cooled down. Sure enough it was just low enough to trigger the sensor! So they topped it off and checked the plug to ensure there were no leaks and we were good to go, at no charge might I add! This is the kind of service we have grown to appreciate, especially with the holidays being nuts and them being short staffed, they continue to shine in a timely manner without the back/forth hassle of other places. They will continue to have our business for years to come! Thanks everyone for your hard work and have a safe and Happy New Year!!!

  Amazing team at this shop! They got me in during a very busy time of the year, just days before Christmas. Daniel Brown and the team made feel a part of the family there. They listened to my issues and diagnosed the issue with precision and care. My 2003 Thunderbiird drives better than new. Amazing job team, I love to drive my car again! It drives as smooth as glass at any and all speeds. Got an issue the other shops keep charging you as they learn? Take it to the experts Daniel will get the job done right, thanks guys have an amazing Christmas and New Year. From the Green family to yours!
