  Let me just start off by saying I've been on and off from this specific location in the past, they were always a mixed bag when it came to customer service and quality (I completely understand express washes aren't perfect compared to full hand washing and detail and honestly it's absurd that some folks still don't realize that) But over the past year this location has become in my opinion, one of the best. This is the hands down the friendly group of employees at ANY of the ones I've visited, I had a particularly pleasant time with Nathan and Devon, they were complete gentlemen and were very well spoken and knowledgeable on their products. My only real criticism is their tire shine can be hit or miss, but over the past couple of weeks it's been alright. Id like to thank that location for obviously making a big turnaround compared to when I first started visiting!

  I’m a regular customer at this Mr. Car Wash, and over time I’ve become really uncomfortable with how the employees are treated. I’ve repeatedly seen workers standing in the tunnel and outside in extreme heat for long periods while being pressured to push memberships on customers. When employees don’t get enough sign-ups, they don’t seem to be rotated or given relief they’re just kept in the tunnel longer. It feels like a form of punishment, and it’s hard to watch. The staff is always polite and hardworking, but the way management handles them specifically the black and the white girl (I don’t know there names) does feels harsh and unfair. A company this big should be doing better by the people who are actually out there in the heat doing the work. That probably explains why I never see the same employees longer than 6months. Do better mister car wash.
