- JNJose NievesNov 15, 20251.0This used to be a great place to take your vehicle for a quick wash. What happened as time went by is unclear. What it is very clear to me is that if you dont pay attention, they will charge you for what you asked but you won't get what you paid for. I took my dad's SUV for a quick wash with underbody rinse, bug spray and tire shine. I specifically asked the attendant if they would hose the fenders as part of the underbody rinse and remove the bugs from the grill before the vehicle enters the tunnel. She replied: "of course." When I got to the tunnel, the asked me to aling with the drive-belt or drive -channel and place the vehicle in neutral. And so I did thinking that they'd align the vehicle first, do their thing and then start the machine.... Nooooo they align the vehicle and the car started moving forward so fast that couldn't ask anything at all. To make matters worst, the machine missed so many spots that I had to get the manager over to show them... after 5 minutes arguing back and forth, they offer to run the vehicle again through the tunnel but I was so mad Ithat I took off and never went back.

There's nothing extraordinary about mister car wash. i Give it a 5 star because there was a girl over there. That was super nice to me. I don't know her name, but she's amazing.
