We followed her directions, and once the vehicle was on track, we heard a loud noise and immediately noticed an issue. Shortly after, a low tire pressure warning appeared. The manager stated the valve stem was broken and claimed it was due to an aftermarket valve stem cap. His only suggestion was for me to drive quickly to a tire shop before the tire lost all air. The valve stem was completely destroyed and the tire was completely flat when we came out of the other side of the car wash. I was very dissatisfied with how this was handled. The damage occurred while following staff instructions inside your facility, yet no assistance or responsibility was taken
