- WWwilliamsdarren765 days ago1.0Took my work car to get new tires and they tried to price gouge my company by telling me I needed a brake fluid flush, transmission service, spark plug replacement, and new windshield wipers even though I told the woman numerous times that the car had already been serviced and the wipers were less than 3 months old. I told her I just wanted the tire replacement sent to my company for approval and told me there was nothing she could do. I had to jump through hoops to contact management from my company to have them remove the other repairs/services. The woman was very disrespectful over the phone as well as in person when I went to pick up the car. I work for a large company with many fleet vehicles and we will not be using this location in the future.

Took care of my father inlaws car, told them what was done and what we would like, they then informed us that one of the new parts that i installed lol wasnt on correctly and they fixed it for us and still performed the service we asked for and i couldn’t be any more happier! Ive always had second thoughts about coning to these places but today has shifted my mind a little! Kudos to the team that worked today 🙏🏽 especially the big guy who did the rack work and took it for a test drive twice to make sure we were good 🫡🔥

There was only one car being serviced in the entire shop, and all the employees were standing around talking idly. The person at the front desk informed me that there wouldn't be enough time to rotate my tires and that I would need to bring the car back another day in the morning. HORRIBLE SERVICE, I'mNEVER coming back here.
