  Kim and Manuel were informative and worked with me to get the best deal possible on a set of tires. Even dealing through a system outage that seemed to slow down the process they were professional and polite. I’d recommend my family to come here

  I’ve gone to the newer Mavis tire on Narcoossee in St. Cloud since it opened. They’ve always been Jalyn Has helped me a few times recently and it’s very pleasant to work with. I had a nail in my tire recently and they repaired it for free since I get most of my work done there anyways. Just great people thanks Jalyn, Kim and Manny.

  Go there instead!!! Best tire prices (price match!!) amazing staff!!! Rich the mechanic is the man!!! and Ryan the store manager is a man of his word! They had the tool necessary to take out my bolt!

  To whom it may concern, After moving here from South Florida, I was understandably nervous—like many women—about finding a mechanic shop that is both trustworthy and honest. Manuel and the entire team at the Mavis location have been nothing but straightforward, professional, and reliable. They never try to oversell and always take the time to ensure my vehicle is truly safe to be on the road. I can’t thank the team enough, and I will absolutely remain a loyal customer.

  I want to shout out Jayln, Manuel and Kim at the Mavis in Narcoossee for making my already crappy day much less crappier. On my way into St Cloud, I caught a flat. My husband called the closest places near me to see if anyone had the tire I needed and could assist me in a short amount of time. Jayln was the one that assured him that they had our tire in stock and could squeeze us in. Within 30 minutes I was walking in to the shop. I was immediately greeted by Jayln and Manuel. Manuel was the one who confirmed the flat tire, and completed the onboarding process quick and smoothly. He even went as far as getting everything prepared inside the shop so the tire change could be done as quick as possible. Kim must have been working at super speed in the shop because I was out within an hour and they were pretty busy helping others before, during and after me. I want to point out that I was with my 2 young daughters and even they thought it went by quickly! The car is driving efficiently with the new tire and I’m much less stressed than I originally started thanks to Jayln, Manuel and Kim! Thank you so much for your kind and quick service!
