  I had what appeared to be a full nail in my tire and took it to Mavis to get the tire patched. Turns out it was a piece of the nail and didn’t penetrate the tire. No patch and no charge. I appreciate the prompt service and honesty.

  Rick, the manager was great! He helped me with my car getting an oil change and a quick diagnostic. The atmosphere was friendly, I was greeted immediately and taken care of within minutes. This Mavis Tires and Brakes in Saint Cloud is wesome.

  Horrible expensive oil change! First of all $113 dollars but ok your gonna top my fluids and free tire rotation. All I got was the oil change. Got home my windshield washer fluid was empty and tires rotated.....nope. would have gotten better service at Jiffy lube. Lesson learned.

  Outstanding service at this location. Made a online appointment for a oil change. I had no clue i got a free tire rotation with my service. Thank goodness they noticed my rear brake pads were getting low so they were able to take care of it the same day. Thanks to Rick and his team for taking the time to make sure my car was safe for myself and my family.

  Horrible experience, they wasn't on time at all.. then my car was done for 10 mins without my knowledge but yet I was told I was "screwed" because they were working on the wiring for the door that let's my car out the shop.. then I go to pay with cash and he doesnt have change to give back so he has to run over to another store to get change. What should have been an hour of an oil change turned out to 2 hours. I would not recommend and I will NEVER go back...
