  The older gentleman with grey hair was a little rough... First example, instead of removing the hosing he attempted to force the air filter through one side of the plastic housing. Next, when trying to reinstall the engine cover he manhandled the delicate plastic cover trying to force the cover into place. I stepped in with my flashlight showing him how to slip the two tab onto a rubber busing. During the discussion I said let me assist, his response was "I've installed hundreds of these covers." My response was yeah but you are just a little too rough. Needless to say, I won't be returning for future service.

  I want to say that Michael is the most amazing guy you have and his location is a god sent . Let me explain I was traveling from Orlando to Jacksonville when my coolant hose popped and smoke went everywhere and I could not see so I had to stop at Dunkin’ Donuts the girl there gave me coolant but my car needed more so i decided to walk to Valvoline and ask d they had a hose and Michael said so nicely and with a big smile give me one min. As I set waiting maybe 5 seconds he said let’s see what’s wrong with your car all I could say was that he was a god sent and so sweet to help me out he replied no problem. And put more water in my car and sent me on my way and once again I say he is a god sent a angle when I needed one thank you again Michael and your team you are amazing I wish there were more people in the world like you and your team . My point is there are still good hearted in the world and I met six of them today happy with smiles and just enjoying there work and life . They are amazing
