After the visit, a plastic undercarriage panel came loose while I was driving, which appears to have been improperly secured during the oil change. This is not just a minor inconvenience—it’s a serious safety concern. If that panel had fully detached at high speed, it could have caused damage to my vehicle or even created a hazard for other drivers. I trusted this business to perform a basic service correctly, and now I’m dealing with the consequences of what seems like careless work. I will now have to spend additional time and money to fix something that should never have happened in the first place. I’m strongly recommend that this location improves their quality control and ensures that all components are properly secured before returning a vehicle to a customer.
