  Wednesday I woke up to a flat tire. Unfortunately I wasn’t the only one, I was the 4th that morning. Thankfully they had me done and on my way to work in an hour! Very great service from Willie behind the desk today. Thank you be helpful NICE and fast in my time of need.

  Down in Fl on vacation and had car issues. Stopped in w/o an appt and Willie saw to it that we were taken care of right away so we could get right back on the road. Wish more businesses were like this. If you live in the area I strongly recommend you consider them!

  Ok so I had to wait 2 weeks because…. I have had a bad experience before where 4 days later, I come to 4 way stop and my tire fell off and I lost control. It was because the people didn’t put my lugnuts on one tire. lol. Crazy but true and I’m so lucky no one was coming through as I came through that stop. The company obviously paid for the damage and after investigation he was high as hell, lol. but I’m scared since. So usually I have my bf or dad take care of stuff. But my dad is in NY and I kept telling my bf they were bad and everytime he drove (short distances) he said they were ok and not a priority. Well, I was on the highway and felt the I’m not gonna stop in time gonna have to swerve feeling the get driving in snow at home and I knew it was breaks a rotors. I called to see a quote and he made me appointment at 4. I got their 3:30 and I met Willie. Well I just wanted a check. Like I wanted to talk to my bf cost. Budget. Etc. had no plan on doing nothing but just wanted a quote. But then there was Willie lol So Willie didn’t even know I had called for a 4pm. Brake check. He just was like what ok u need it I got u. Sped up the process. I told him what I thought and he said- hey maybe not if we can save the rotors we will. He came out sad and said look. Ofc I knew the bad no saving but he showed me and they were orange as Trump, 57543 lines in them. I knew they were bad. He’s like here’s a quote and I didn’t wanna pay that much. I knew they had a friend that if I bought parts could do it. But. Willie was literally the most likable person on earth lol. He wasn’t trying to upsell me. I just watched how he was to the old men that were actually rude kinda bc waiting and his hustle. His work ethic. It was so impressive. He truly loves and appreciates his job. Which was refreshing. So I started thinking, even if I pay more I get it done professionally and dot gotta wait for my friend to get time. Get a warranty. But, I really needed an oil change too. So my big thing as a girl so my dad, my bf won’t say ur so dumb! He quoted me 4 brakes, 4 rotors, flushes and I said ok I do it if I can get oil change. He did it lol. Now. To the work. Smitty was at the end of his day. Had all these cars to finish. I’m scared bc my last experience the lugnuts. And he was soooo reassuring. Spent extra time even going thru my sencers. The way in all the business Willie and smitty were back n forth helping each other, looked like a tennis match of pros. Truly 💯 never met a better person to assure and run a front desk at auto shop. No one trying too me off. Sell me dumb stuff. And smitty, u can tell ur in good hands. He’s working his ass off and he’s thorough as hell even if ppl waiting. As long as those two there I will be buying my tires, getting all my oil changes and doing all my work there as will my bf on his car. They are both huge assets to ur company and I hope u reward them. Never been so happy spending 900$ lol ❤️

  I had an oil change scheduled at coggin Honda for an advertised $29.99 price, I arrived early and was told that because my car was a Nissan and not a Honda, that i could not get that deal. It would be closer to $100? I was a bit upset, as that should have been made clear when booking the appointment. I thought I would stop by and see what it would cost here at tire kingdom. I was greeted by Willie and told him about my experience at Honda. He offered to get me in right away and for a flat charge of only $50 ! He also offered to rotate my tires at no charge ! He made a bad morning turn into a good one ! They got me in right away ? I definitely recommend yore kingdom !

  Tire Kingdom for the win!! I had a screw in my tire… no big deal I’ll pull it out and put in a plug… well I’m not as young as I once was. I got the screw out, reamed the hole stuck the ply in… I’m to weak to pull it out.🤦‍♀️ I tried multiple times to no avail. Called Tire Kingdom and was fortunate to get Willie on the phone. He was kind and understanding, told me to come right over. Within moments they had me all fixed up and out the door, they didn’t even laugh at me although they had every right to. I will definitely be going back for all of my needs from now on! These guys have customer service down 100%!!
