I did so on the phone and drove right over… I was given an estimate of 45 mins but my car was in the cradle in 10. I wouldn't even say I live in the hood, but the hood lives in some people. Anyway Tire Kingdom was amazing in quickly checking my tire & holding charges until we knew what was wrong. Not only were they friendly by phone, they were also friendly in person. They'll have a repeat customer. Oh & this happened on Christmas Eve.
