No issues with our car and there was o key 1 car already being worked on when we pulled in but they were just very slow and took a car before us that had gotten there after us. They did provide a 5% discount for the wait but I wouldn’t recommend if you want quick service

They had torqued the canister that holds the oil filter on and it took 2 visits to get it replaced… so at Strickland they took off the canister and it was missing all the parts needed inside to hold the filter. Jose, the manager, immediately called for a new replacement. In 30 minutes I was ready to go. He was so competent and easy going. Unfortunately, these days it’s rare to experience someone who does his job well. Great experience! Thank you
