  Took the vehicle to get an alignment, wife picked it up they said was all good and gave us the alignment sheet. Drove it home still pulling right, took it back for a SECOND time and tried to align it again. Said it was the idler arm bracket and against my best judgment allowed them to change it (charge me double for the part but said they gave me a “deal” on labor). Gave the alignment sheet and showed it was way out when they brought it in… But all in the green now. So I guess from when I left and came back it realigned itself. Now the steering wheel won’t turn back and still pulls right, toe on the passenger side is visibly off and the camber as well. On top of that didn’t rotate the tires either. Took it for a THIRD time and still off, on top of that they didn’t even grease the idler bracket they installed (never received a third alignment paper). Everyone was nice but zero effort to correct the issue or make it right. I gave up and won’t return. Appears to be a very big incompetent problem. So I threw away $434 to make my vehicle worse.

  Had an unfortunate flat tire after the Daytona 500 pulled in the Mavis and they took care of it right away. Good guys appreciate the effort they put out and got me back on the road.

  I have needed two tire patches in the past few years since this location has opened and each time they have been fast and fair. They have always provided great customer service, so they are the folks I went to when I needed four new tires.

  All right, I cannot say enough good about the company and the guys that work here. I was trying to buy a vehicle for my son. They took a look at it advised me properly for free just overall fantastic service. I’m bringing my other vehicle back to have some work done there I have a new mechanic for sure. They are wonderful. Do yourself a favor and go here. I promise you will not be disappointed.
