It was raining and dark outside. Not a great combination. So I searched for an autozone and came to this store. I'm happy I did. TAYLOR was great, he gave me recommendations on which brand, style and pricing was best. He also installed them in the rain. Thank you for helping me!

I only asked for the wipers and asked him if he can install them for me. He didn’t bother to look for the wipers, he just told me to find them myself. I was not sure which ones are the right size for my car. So I just left the store. He needs to look himself in the mirror before taking it out on any customer.

While waiting in line, an older employee approached me and began explaining that checking brake fluid wasn’t part of their services. I simply asked if he could take a quick look, which he eventually did, and then showed me where the fluid was located. However, when we went to the register, he started lecturing me about how a cash register works and reading things aloud as if I couldn’t understand them. I had to interrupt to say I could read, at which point he walked away. I found this interaction very unprofessional and condescending. Safe to say I won't be stopping here again for services.
