  I just got done my visit at autzone and Austin and George were absolutely AMAZING. Austin took the time to find all my parts to fix my head light issue. Took me step by step of which bulbs I needed and also gave me a brief over view of how to install them. I will be coming back for any future car needs. I highly recommend anyone speaking with Austin, he is a very genuine and thorough mechanic and cares about his customers. A day that started off as a headache, turned into a GREAT start to my weekend!!!!! THANKS AUSTIN, GOD BLESS - Kendra Ziemba

  Easy, in and out battery replacement. Let's never overthink the simple purchase and install of a car battery. I like to keep things simple and they do just that. Very polite employees, and they take care to replace the battery, correctly without smudging my hood of my car.

  Needed a shifter linkage bushing for my 2012 Silverado. I go into the store and tell the younger guy behind the counter what I need. His response? "The ones we have are on isle 4(?)." So I ask "can you look and see which one fits my truck?" He then says "yeah, I can't look up which one fits. You should just go to Chevy and get the OEM bushing." Then, just to be certain, I ask him "so you can't look in the computer and see which one I would need?" He says "Nope. Chevy is right across the street." I then pull out my phone, bring up the AutoZone website, and look up the part. Once I find the part I used the option on the website that lets me see if it fits my truck. Oddly enough, the website is able to tell me exactly which one fits my truck. At this point I step back to the counter and speak to an older gentleman whose name tag says something along the lines of"customer service" or "customer satisfaction." I show my phone to the older gentleman and he pulls the part up on his computer and takes me right to it. The older gentleman is the only reason I give this AutoZone any stars at all. The kid I spoke to first had no interest in helping me find the part I needed or even walking me to the right section. The level of customer service he showed is the reason that brick and mortar stores are dying off and people would rather shop online. I have shopped at AutoZone exclusively for almost 30 years and in the 3 different states I've lived in. In the future I will be taking my business to O'Reilly's or advance auto. Anything to avoid another employee acting as if I am ruining his day by simply asking him to do his job. I would recommend avoiding this AutoZone at all costs. At least on Saturday afternoon around 1:30 as I'm guessing this is the normal shift for the guy that doesn't want to be bothered by pesky customers.
