  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tire! The team was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. They repaired my tire quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was perfect before I drove off. Fair pricing and outstanding service — I’ll definitely be back for all my future tire and auto needs. Highly recommend!

  When I woke up on a fine Monday morning and started to head to work, my dash light illuminated showing that one of my tires was 10 units of pressure below the others. Surely I’d picked up a nail recently. I looked up the nearest Mavis and was in and out under an hour! The gentleman at the Tyrone location was so helpful and informative about patching my tire. Whenever I run into tire issues I always choose Mavis because they’re so reliable and honestly helpful. I’ve never had any brakes issues, but if I ever do in the future, I will also be going to Mavis for help. I choose Mavis over any other tire store!

  We were on our way to the beach when my car suddenly started making a loud grinding noise—it got so bad the car could barely drive. Luckily, this Mavis location was nearby, so we pulled in hoping for the best. Aiden greeted us right away and was incredibly friendly and reassuring. He let us know they’d figure out the issue and do their best to have us taken care of by the end of the day. We ended up Ubering to the beach while they worked on it. Aiden and Omar later called to explain exactly what was going on, and the repair price was very reasonable. Since they were already working on it, I asked them to go ahead and handle an oil change as well. They delivered on everything—our car was finished the same day, and they went above and beyond by taking payment over the phone and leaving the vehicle and keys accessible after hours so we could enjoy the sunset and not have to rush back before closing. They even left an itemized receipt neatly on the center console. Great service, great communication, and just overall a really accommodating experience when we needed it most. Huge thanks to Aiden and Omar!

  Took my car here to get my brakes checked, I was hearing a loud grinding noise coming from my left tire. They told me that both my front calipers were seized and I needed new ones on both sides. They wanted 300$ per caliper, when you can get them at most 150$ (and core charge refundable). I had a Mobile mechanic come and do everything instead and it turns out that I didn’t need both calipers. So they lied. They will try to scam you out of your money on things you don’t need and overcharge on parts. Don’t recommend at all.

  While traveling thru Florida (St Pete)from NY, i found a screw in my tire. I planned to replace the tire or have a plug inserted. Although it was busy, Nathan assisted me and instead of up selling me, he spent his time to look at the screw and thought it worthwhile to just pull it out with pliers. As it turned out the screw was short and did not puncture the tire. So there was no cost, and Nathan saved me at least 45 minutes of waiting. Thanks Nathan and Mavis.
