My mechanic recommended going to Tire Choice for an alignment. They got it done straight away, price very fair.
I tangled with the curb and blue out two tires. The tow truck driver suggested I come here. At 6pm, Mike had two men waiting for me and my tires in stock. The fixed me up and the cost was as expected.
I went back the next day for an alignment and low pressure sensors.
Good service and reasonable pricing.

I want to give a tremendous recommendation to Choice Auto Service Center, especially to Héctor, who treated me with the utmost respect and truly went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with a tire that was low on pressure, which I initially thought was caused by a nail.
From the moment I arrived, Héctor greeted me warmly with a big smile and immediately told me not to worry—that he would take care of my problem. I explained to him that my wife is a nurse who works 12-hour shifts and that I didn’t have availability to come back another day. Even so, Héctor reassured me and made it clear that helping me was his priority and that everything was going to be okay.
In the end, he completely resolved the issue. He showed me exactly where the problem was, explained everything clearly, and confirmed that the work previously done on the tire was in very good condition—it only needed the correct air pressure adjustment. His honesty and transparency were truly outstanding.
I would also like to congratulate Choice Auto Service Center for having such an excellent employee like Héctor. Believe me, you truly have a very valuable employee on your team.
I am extremely grateful that you have someone like him. He makes you feel at home, puts you at ease with his smile, and his open, caring attitude toward customers is simply exceptional. I wouldn’t give him 100%—I’d give him 150%.

I brought my box truck in because it was leaking coolant and paid for a diagnostic. Before dropping it off, I specifically asked if they work on box trucks and if repairs could be done there. I was told yes. They also stated, the diagnostic fee is not waived even if I chose to have the repairs done there.. which is very uncommon and should have raised a red flag.
The next morning at around 8:45 AM, I received a call saying I needed an entire coolant system replacement, including the radiator and water pump which were bad. They then didn’t even offer an estimate for the repairs and told me they could not repair it there, referred me to another shop, and rather rudely said I would need to pick the truck up that same day.
After taking the truck elsewhere, it turned out to be a cracked heater hose — something that should have been visible with a proper inspection by simply opening the engine compartment.
From my perspective, a proper diagnostic was not performed, yet I was charged for one and given completely incorrect information. If they do not work on box trucks or did not want to repair it, that should have been made clear upfront — not after charging me and misdiagnosing the issue.
Very disappointed with the lack of thoroughness and professionalism. I do not recommend this place.
Management should seriously review how diagnostics are performed and how customers are treated, as this experience fell well below acceptable standards.
