  Great service every time. I had a nail in my tire and they patched it from the inside vs plugging the hole. This was a much better solution and the price was very reasonable. I've been using Tire choice for many years because I'm a happy costumer.

  The staff at this location were so kind and allowed me to work in the waiting area while they patched my tire. The process was very smooth and I’m very satisfied with the service I’ve received!

  I brought my car in for a Tire that was losing air. Tire choice said that they fixed it with a patch. The very next day, My tire was flat again. So of course the car was brought back in. they could not find anything. this happened 4 times that they could not find the leak. Keep in mind, that they patched the tire the 1st time. On the 4th time the car was brought in, Michael found a leak on the sidewall, right next to the patch they put on the tire. Michael stated that a new tire was needed. When I asked for a refund because my tire was never fixed correctly. Michael got rude and said his tech did everything correctly and it was not his problem that i needed a new tire. But if My tire was Fixed correctly, why did the tire have 15psi in it the next day? So of course Michael said that I must of hit a nail on the way home. On the same exact tire that I was having problems with? I live 1/2 a mile from the facility. I have taken 3 different cars of mine there. All I originally wanted to a refund on the patch and to replace the tire. If Michael didn't get rude, and solved the problem, there never would of been any issues. So then i asked Michael for a copy of my 4 invoices. Apparently he deleted the 2 invoices that they could not find the leak. He only had the invoices for the original time I was there and the last time where he stated that i needed a tire. A repair order is a legally binding contract. and yet he deleted it. These people are shady and dishonest. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. Keep away.

  Tried giving this place a shot twice, disappointed both times. First time I was over quoted on rotor replacement by $400... Today, had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Told me it would take 2-3 hours.... For an oil change... Whats the point of an appt?

  Garrett was amazing, friendly and kind. He got my car in immediately, got me the best possible price and even kept his cool with an irate customer who was upset that he mentioned to her that per her owners manual for her car that the manufacturer states all 4 tires must be replaced at the same time if the tread depth difference is more than 3/32nds. It was nice to see him stay professional and kind.
