Please make sure you get a first estimate a second estimate from the auto services shop before using this company. What a rip off!! his name is Garrett. I am so disappointed. I’ve been using Tire Choice since 2021. They should honor the estimate that I received in August. I just have to take my business elsewhere.

The tow truck dropped us off at Tire Choice and Total Car Care, and Garrett, the manager, was amazing! He answered the phone himself, told me to come right in (even though it was a Sunday at 3 PM!), and greeted me with such a warm and genuine attitude that instantly put me at ease. They had me in and out in about 15 minutes — no exaggeration — when I’m used to sitting at a dealership for two hours. Garrett explained all the payment options clearly and helped me set up a warranty that covers all my tires in the future. I honestly feel like I’m in great hands now, even without that fancy dealership tire package. He’s one of those people you can tell actually cares — no pushy upsells, no making you feel like you’re annoying them, just truly great customer service.
