- JJJ JOct 7, 20255.0Quuan and Kaylee are exceptional employees. I stayed at the Quality in for 2 weeks behind the station AND I returned just today after 2 months. Both of the hard work & consistent customer service (regardless of the time, workload or how busy the store is), their behavior never wavers - this means this is a part of their character, whoch cannot be taught. Clearly the property owner and Store manager recognizes talent and quality when the see it and interact with it. Id give them a raise (ano! I wasnt bribed). But, as a fellow store mgr that knows the importance of customer service and how it sets you apart from the competition, I know that aside from making reasonable accommodations, instilling trust and NOT breathing down their back, getting paid a wage that will Irrefutably say that they are valued, and will not only keep them in house, but also remind the employees (like Quuan and Kaylee) that they are wanted. "Thank you's" or minimal acknowledgement only go so far. Actions and $$ actually put food on the table, help employees to live more comfortably and committ to their job. Everything else, WITHOUT ACTION, is just b-s. Lets be real adults in a crazy economy where its hard to live as-is
