I had gone to another place that said they couldn’t service my type of vehicle so I called Mavis tires and spoke with Doribian (i’m probably spelling his name wrong) he explained to me that they could service my vehicle . He told me that I could bring it in right away. So I immediately took my car in and serviced it and they changed my oil in less than a hour. Ralph and Doribian are amazing employees that deserve to be recognized for how personable, kind and authentic they are. It honestly felt like they were family. I will 100% go back just because of them.

They were able to make an appointment for me next day at 12:00pm. I called in the next day to see if they could get me in a little earlier. They were able to accommodate. I got my vehicle there by 10:00am and they called me by 11:00am to pick it up. Very quick service! Unfortunately after they assessed my car it was determined that both tires needed to be replaced. They reviewed pricing with me and were upfront about all costs so I knew exactly what I would be paying once I returned to pick up my vehicle. I believe the individuals who helped me were Chris and Josh. Great guys. They offer a 10% military discount which is a big plus. Any chance to save a little money is nice. My BF has been to this location before and we both had a smooth experience. No issues at all.
