According to my service advisor, Brian, I was told the issue would be resolved with a software update along with several other recommended services. After paying approximately $3,400, I was assured the problem was fixed. The very next day, the exact same warning light came back on—the same issue I originally brought it in for. When I returned, expecting a simple correction related to the software update I had just paid for, I was instead told this was now a different issue and was quoted an additional $700 to repair it. Paying thousands of dollars only to have the original problem remain unresolved is extremely frustrating. This experience felt misleading and lacked transparency. For such a well-regarded brand, I expected far better service and honesty.
