  I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler and could not be happier with the experience—thanks entirely to Kat Shoemaker‑Burke! From start to finish, Kat was absolutely outstanding. Her knowledge of the vehicle was exceptional, hands‑down the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever worked with. She didn’t just sell me a car—she genuinely took the time to get to know me, listened carefully to my needs, and made sure the Wrangler was the perfect fit. Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail made the entire process enjoyable and stress‑free. I cannot recommend Kat highly enough and would enthusiastically suggest her to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I will absolutely be returning to her for any future vehicle purchases!

  Stopped in crown nissan today . Test drove a new pathfinder. Our sales person was a young lady named Tanya Sans. Fantastic sales lady . Very polite and very educated on the Nissan Pathfinder.. Believe we will be going back to Crown Nissan tomorrow to purchase a new Pathfinder with the help of Miss sans. Amazing day the price of the vehicle Stayed the same when we arrived. Unlike numerous other dealerships, we have visited in the last week. when I came to financing a gentleman by the name of Kyle, Lamont was kind enough to walk us through the numbers and explain everything. I haven’t bought numerous vehicles from other dealerships with prior financing established. Kyle was able to offer me a lower percentage at the dealership.

A huge thank you to John Hartley, my salesman, who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood all my options, and never made me feel pressured. He really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect vehicle. I also want to recognize Jason, the manager, for making everything come together seamlessly. He was professional, transparent, and worked hard to ensure I felt confident and comfortable with my purchase. The level of customer service I received truly exceeded my expectations.   I really appreciated working with John Hartley in picking a new car. John helped me understand the differences in the different trim packages (S/SV/SR) as well as the difference in prices. John was very personable and I was able to relate with him in buying a new car and life overall. It felt like connecting with an old friend. At the end of the day, John and the finance team helped me to get my new 2026 Kicks SR for the best price and very good deal on my trade-in. This is my third purchase from Crown Nissan in 5 or so years. And as long as Crown is operating as usual, you can bet I'll be there when its time for my next new car.

  Been to crown Nissan for a front wheel issue on my Frontier.Went for a noise diagnostic which took an hour and half.They lifted the truck only without taking off any wheel off and no road test also!Finally after 1 1/2 hour they told me that there are many problems….which I didn’t t expect, surprising me.They list down the problems was reaching 7500. $ usd. Being a Canadian tourist I was not surprise……So I decided not to go further with them and had to pay 200.$ USD for this type of diagnostic …without even taking any wheels off……Conclusion I would never go there again or give them any good references…..Customers,be aware of this type of dealer services!!
