  I had a fantastic experience with Crown Nissan purchasing a used vehicle and highly recommend this location! I worked with Cathy Voogd in sales, and from her very first contact I was impressed with her! Throughout the whole process (which took less time than I expected walking in) she was helpful, knowledgeable, and overall wonderful. The business manager Justin Calhoun was also great. I made an off-hand comment about something I wasn’t happy with. At that point in the process it wasn’t a dealbreaker and I wasn’t planning on walking away. However he still immediately addressed it and I was even happier than I expected to be. I highly recommend seeing them if you are purchasing a vehicle.

  I have been dealing with Crown Nissan for probably 12 years or so and have purchased a couple vehicles there. Always feel like I am treated well. Dealt with Kyle many times and he is very fair and honest. Most recently I purchased a vehcile form Tanya Sans and she is great to deal with... genuinely nice and easy going and no silly games. A really enjoyable experience and felt I was treated extremely fairly by her and the whole team. Would recommend her highly!

  From the moment we arrived and set foot on the lot at Crown Nissan in St Petersburg we were greeted by Jason (the GM) and the lovely Tanya Sans. We were offered numerous suggestions and the opportunity to try various different cars. Knowing our specific criteria allowed Miss Tanya to narrow down several possibilities, as she so graciously and tirelessly retrieved the many sets of keys. She is extremely knowledgeable about each vehicle and the latest inventory at the dealership. And it was an immense pleasure to have her see through to all the many details of the process as we drove away so pleased and confident that her help was key for us in making the best decision. She is a treasure for Crown Nissan, as she radiates a genuine caring and beautiful vibe with her warm and authentic spirit. Between Tanya and Jason's help we couldn't have been more pleased with our purchase at Crown Nissan.

  Tanya helped me get into a new Nissan Kicks today. She was AMAZING! She knew her lot, the features of the trim level I was interested in, and was so quick to come out and help today. She made the process so simple, and really advocated for the monthly payment on my lease that I was looking for. We had checked out other Nissan dealers in the area last weekend and had such a poor experience that I nearly went with another make entirely. Tanya turned it around entirely, and the financial managers at Crown Nissan really got the job done. I'll be referring to them in the future.

  We had a great overall experience at Crown Nissan! Russ, our salesperson, was very attentive, patient, and upfront with us throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, including any fees we would incur, so there were no hidden surprises. Jason, the sales manager, was fantastic, and Devante Harvey in Financial Services was also great to work with. He didn’t try to push us into buying anything we didn’t need, which we really appreciated. Overall, the team made the car-buying experience smooth, honest, and stress-free. Highly recommend!
