  Dan helped out with my car extremely well with all of my cars needs and hooked it up giving me a lot of knowledge on what I needed to get done next. Amazing service and would recommend to all my friends

  Professional and courteous service at 7:45 PM on a Thursday night to repair a flat tire. Honest assessment of the problem, no pressure to upsell, they even have free air for tires at all Mavis locations! Great home town option, thank you

  Great customer service and fast repair all around from the Manager Dan to the tech Tokyo Jr. Gave me an estimated time for the services required and stood true to it. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Definitely recommend and will be back.

  Our Avis rental came up with a low pressure warning. Went into Mavis at 4550 13th Street, St Cloud, FL. Everyone there was so helpful but particularly Tokyo who checked all tyres and got them to the right pressure. Shame on Avis allowing a car to leave their lot like that and kudos to Mavis for sorting it out with a smile.

  I was already having one of those days when I walked out to find a flat tire — the cherry on top I definitely didn't need. What could have been the worst part of my day turned into an unexpectedly positive experience, and that's entirely thanks to Jeff. From the moment I walked in, Jeff was genuinely compassionate and kind. He didn't just help — he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. You could tell he truly cares about the people who come through that door, especially when they're not having the best day. If you ever find yourself in a tough spot and need someone who will treat you like a person and not just another customer, go in and ask for Jeff. He turned what started as a frustrating situation into a reminder that there are still incredibly good people out there. Thank you, Jeff!
