  Horrible experience with Enterprise. Will never use the St. Cloud, FL location again. Took over 45 minutes before a car was assigned. Arrangements through GEICO was made well in advance. Driver was texting while driving and very unfriendly. Once picked up took, it was way too long before being put into a car. Overall, it took over 45 minutes. Horrible experience. Horrible driver. Will never use the St. Cloud, FL enterprise location again.

  The staff at the St Cloud Florida location are very nice and efficient. I would recommend Enterprise they're the number one car rental that I use keep up with great teamwork St Cloud

  We’re extremely frustrated with our recent experience at the Enterprise St. Cloud location. We reserved a Premium SUV (Ford Expedition Max, Jeep Wagoneer L, or similar) two weeks in advance, plenty of time to ensure the vehicle would be ready. We even checked in online the day before to confirm the reservation. When we arrived, we were told the reserved vehicle wasn’t ready, and then informed that the Ford Expedition couldn’t be rented out because the plates were expired. Instead, we were downgraded to a minivan, which is not what we reserved or paid for. To make matters worse, the gas tank was nearly half full when we received it. The representative assured us that a comparable vehicle would be available the next morning for a swap and that we would receive a discount. However, when we followed up, we were told there was no vehicle available after all. This isn’t the first time we’ve been disappointed by this location. On a previous rental, we reserved a Premium SUV and received a call trying to talk us into a downgrade before pickup. Why advertise vehicles on your website that you cannot actually rent out? We won’t be returning to Enterprise because of this ongoing issue. We’re switching to Alamo.

  Horrible customer service. They never have a car to accommodate our needs. We had a truck and we need a truck. They already know what type of car we needed and they gave us a sedan BMW which is not what we need. Then they asked us to come back next day at 2pm to get a truck and at that time they are already closed. They think they can play with us. My time and money count. They said they haven’t received any truck. They have many enterprise places to call and asks for a truck to cover our needs.

  First let's start with Jordan. Last week he check me in for my reservation and was very polite and professional. I'm renting a car because my engine quit and after a full days work my wife and I needed to go and shop for cars...ugh! He didn't know any of this but when I asked him if they had coffee he jumped to the moment said yea come back to our break room and grab yourself a cup while I get your car ready. That made me feel like part of the family. Very cool. Now this week, Last week's car was a Hyundai which is what I paid for no big deal but it had an issue (same brand that just quit on us) I thought I'd notify them and maybe get a little discount nah....BETTER! They gave me a free rental day! Heres where things go from great to AMAZINGLY AWESOME, Clara made me feel super special when I returned the next week and put me in a 2025 Range Rover Velar!! I was so shocked I thought she was messing with me. Me: "haha yeah right very funny." But then she was doing her thing on the tablet..."wait are you serious?!?" Totally awesome! What an amazing team they have at this location. Thank you Jordan and Clara for completely knocking my experience out of the park this week! 9-29-25
