  First and last experience dealing with Safelite. Made my appointment via calling their number and speaking with an agent. TIP: Apparently you must SPECIFY if you want your car worked on in the morning, otherwise you will be booked as an “all-day appointment”, something that was never discussed or explained to me. I called in the actual shop location the day before my appointment to confirm and asked about when to drop my car off and was told that if it’s there by 8:30am, it would be worked into the morning schedule. It was not. My car was not worked on until 4pm. Their guarantee was that my car would be done by end of business, which is posted as 5pm, my car was not finished with the keys in my hand until 6:30. I wasted a day of time off from work, no vehicle, and missed my kid’s school event because of their untimeliness and miscommunication. Furthermore, it looked and seemed like my car was completely rushed to get done, because it was. Shoddy work all around the glass, interior was not vacuumed effectively of glass and debris from windshield removal, and other issues regarding new windshield installation. Called corporate and complained about this experience and will also call back to follow-up because I paid $1200!!!!!! for this installation which was TWICE as expensive as done previously through local businesses. NEVER. AGAIN.

  Not only it takes all day, no one give you any updates. When I got my truck back there was dents and scratches that I did see them do. Damaged my truck, and when you tell the manager before taken custody, they said they have to look at the before pictures. That passed me off that she was trying right out the gate of finding excuses. Not taken responsibility for the damage done to my truck. Well guys I have pictures before and after visiting you guys. Undisputable!!!! THE NEW GLASS HAS SCRATCHES AT THE EDGES...

  NOTE: They do not care about your time at this location. 4 different appointments, ordered the wrong glass. Tell you to come to the office at 8am to have your window replaced. We'll it is almost 2 pm and they still haven't touched the window to replace it. Total nightmare and a complete waste of time and lost moneies taken off work 4 times. New management is needed for this location...........

  Dwight was the star of the show during my visit. The owner had to leave the shop right after I checked in. Dwight was handling all the customers and installing glass. He was polite, friendly, personable, made people smile. He was a bright light on a rainy morning. Thanks Dwight, I hope you get promoted, you were outstanding at customer service.

  Our original ticket was for a chip repair on a 2022 Honda Pilot. Lynsie came out to the house and she was very professional and friendly. I really appreciated her knowledge & honestly explain the the chip was in the frit area and would not repair well and it was best to change over to replace. Sure enough, she was right and with in a week the chip had become a foot long crack. So I made an appt for the following Saturday and took the car into the shop. Dwight greeted us and was so nice & polite. He did a great job going over the full replacement and the calibration process. He completed the work in the time as advertised and we’ve been very happy with the results. Keep up the good work, highly recommend.
