  Asked for info on a 2020 silverado 2500 at around noon, and asked for a video of the truck, if the truck was good, Get the run around for a few hours just to get told at 9 at night they sold the truck, after keeping me on the hook for the entire day- saying they would get the video over to me shortly. Will not be doing business with them moving forward.

  I posted a positive review on Oct 2025 for Dean and Anthony Hanania. I bought a used 2018 Chevy Malibu, with 2 difficult issues during the buying process which upset me, and should have been a red flag. I was in tears with the guy HIGH pressuring me to buy extended warranty. After I purchased the car and Dean walked me out, he told me the screen in car doesn't work, which means no radio controls, Bluetooth, etc. He promised to get me a factory replacement. He said I could drop it off there, they would give me a car and replace the tap screen. He was contacting me and staying in touch for 2 months. For the last 4 months, neither will reply to my texts. Plus the check engine light came on the next morning after the purchase at 5:30 am while driving to work, and has been on EVERY SINGLE DAY SINCE. So apparently the check engine light was turned off when I test drove it, I know how that works! 12 hrs later the light comes on and has never gone off! There are other issues that were not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. Hanania Chevrolet St Aug staff has deceived me and taken advantage of me as well. I will remove my review the day I bought the car, and post this accurate account of my experience. Zero stars!!!! Don't shop here! My car was $10,000 and the manager came over with a $16,500 fee for the car!! It went downhill from there.

  Guillermo Suhr was really helpful when I went to the Hanania St Augustine office. He really cared about my concerns and provided me with the right information that i didn’t receive when i initially bought the truck. Vendors like him are the one that that company needs. 5 stars services!

  Came to see Guillermo today to buy another car. This is the second time we have bought a car from him. He is though and patient to answer all your questions. This time we bought a EV, we went over all the inside features and made sure I was comfortable before we left. His Customer service is another level. Want to have a car guy for life?
