  I stopped in to Jack Hanania GMC on a whim looking for a car for my daughter . Came across Natalie and give her and the salaes manager team quite an obstacle to get my daughter into a reliable car to travel to college in . Natalie was superb very friendly and respectful not the type to push you into something you really didn't want . She was very informative and made sure I knew the difference between car's I looked at trims options ect . She kept me updated through the whole process taught me how to use a new age coffe machine and walked my daughter through hooking her phone up to the car and showing her how the app work's . Natalie is definitely the type of seller I'd prefer to work with . The sales team worked as fast and effectively as they could even giving the major obstacle I'd given them to work with . But within a few hours my daughter drove off in a brand new vehicle . I have done business with the company before but I'd have to say the team they have now has been the easiest to work with through the whole process .

  We were driving to Ohio from central Florida when our 2023 GMC sierra 1500 truck quit running. This was on a Sunday morning early. GMC roadside assistance got us a tow to Jack Hanania Buick GMC. As this was a Sunday morning, no one was there. Just so happened, the parts manager stopped in and we told him our dilemma. He set us up with the service manager for Monday morning. He got us right into service and completed the repair by Monday afternoon. I could not be more pleased with Mostafa and the service department. They really help us in our"hour of need". Thanks again for your assistance in getting our truck repaired.

  Awesome is one the first words that comes to mind. I broke down on my way to Orlando FL from SC with my wife and two kids. When we arrived at Jack Hanania GMC, Moose(Mosafa) at the service deck greeted me. I explained to him what was going on with my vehicle, right at that moment he took charge of the situation, he had me a rental car lined up and explained to me what was going on with my suv. As crazy as it may sound, he made the break down a wonderful experience. I would and will strongly recommend this dealership location to everyone.

  I would give 0 stars if possible. I called dealership to confirm vehicle was there and price with salesman named Jeremy. After I arrived at dealership ready to purchase. (at FULL MSRP STICKER PRICE) I had to wait for hours to get paperwork to purchase.. Finally he comes out and tells me there its gonna be $10,000 MORE than the FULL MSRP STICKER PRICE on the vehicle. He said MSRP is suggested price and they are worth more. I asked why is there a price tag on it if that is not the price and was given a song and dance about shortages. I left very upset that I wasted 4 hours here. Now, they are texting me asking me to come back and I asked if they knew who I was and he said yes. I reminded him what happened and his response is it’s high demand, I have pre owned if you want one for less. Do not waste your time here, this is truly what gives car dealerships BAD names. BAIT & SWITCH - Buyer Beware - They could have told me this on the phone and not wasted 4 hours of my time. Jack Hanania is the only dealership in town that has a "$10,000 premium" on this vehicle. Coggin, Gordon, and other dealerships will gladly sell you a Denali Ultimate at full MSRP.

  My review is way overdue. I purchase my 2021 GMC truck from Jack Hanania in Feb 12th 2026. Anton was my sales contact and he worked with me until I left driving my truck. I research this truck after my last bad experience from Bob Weaver Auto in Pottsville PA on Feb 4th 2026. I live in AZ and communicated to Anton what I was looking for and we worked on a deal. I asked if I needed money down and Anton said not no, just get out here ASAP. I was not able to get a flight out until Wednesday night Feb 11th which was5 days later. Anton still said don't worry we got you. I was picked up at my hotel by Anton with the truck I was wanting to purchase. I drove it for a while then back to the dealer ship. I was treated so kindly and they got me right in to the financial office with Julian Shuster. Everyone knows this part takes a while, but sit back your in good hands. After all of the paper work I was on my way back to AZ. The truck ran perfect all the way home. Was it worth it ABSOLUTELY. Would I do it again with Jack Hanania's team YES.
