  BEWARE: The WORST service department I have ever dealt with. Over promised and under delivers to put it nicely. The manager is condescending and the employees lied more times than I can count including “the wrong part came”, when I know it’s ordered based off a VIN and they didn’t admit until a week later they just lied about the ETA. Will NEVER return. (To the dealer: Don’t call asking me to take this review down with an incentive like you have in the past, I won’t.)

  This was a great dealership before, but horrible since Hanania took over. My 3rd row wasn’t working, they told me recalibration failed and they would have to tear down my 3rd row to see what was wrong. After reading reviews here I decided to take it to another Jeep dealership. Guess what, did a recalibration and everything is fine. So either they didn’t know how to do it, or flat out lied that they tried to attempt to get more money from me. Other dealership also told me I needed new tires. Hanania charged me $30 to rotate instead of telling me don’t do that and you need new tires. Total rip off. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE!!!

  Great experience from this dealership. I typically find the dealerships to push unnecessary repairs and use less than ideal sales tactics to push their own agenda, but didn’t experience any of that here. In fact, it was the opposite. They performed the service and went above and beyond to fix a light issue i had with my done light and fill my tires they did recommend some additional services, but gave me the option as to how I would like to proceed. They also stated that if it was an ongoing issue from the last time they worked on the vehicle they would cover the repair. They also have a nice waiting area that offers free coffee and snacks while you wait. I was in and out within an hour and expected them to take a couple hours to perform the work. I highly recommend them and want to thank Sean Doyle for his efforts along with the rest of the staff.
