I have bought a vehicle from Fields Automotive in the past and had a great buying experience. Today I had the pleasure of working with Sales Consultant Tore Howe. He worked with me to get a good deal on another vehicle. There was never any pressure from Tore, Sales Manager or the Business Manager. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. I waited till the last minute to try to make an appointment for an oil change. To my surprise, I got in within an hour. I was in and done in an hour and 15 minutes. I appreciated the fast service, including the 27 point inspection and car wash for free.

I had a fantastic car-buying experience at Fields, thanks to Tore. I had spoken to eight other dealerships before finding him, and every one of them added random fees and didn’t keep their promises. When I called Tore, I explained my requirements and my OTD offer. Within 15 minutes, he called me back and provided me with the exact OTD I was looking for. Tore was incredibly helpful, transparent, and knowledgeable. Even when it came to the payment process, the finance representative, Bill, was knowledgeable and not pushy. The entire environment was low-pressure, and everyone was friendly and attentive. To top it off, Fields offers free car washes and food with the purchase at any of their locations. I highly recommend visiting Tore for your next car purchase!

My experience with Fields Cadillac in St. Augustine was exceptional from beginning to end. Having purchased many vehicles over the years, I can say without hesitation that I generally dislike the traditional dealership experience. It is often time-consuming, overly aggressive, and far more stressful than it should be. Fields Cadillac was the exact opposite.
Moe, Tore, and Dalra in the sales department were outstanding. They were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, respectful throughout the entire process. There was no unnecessary pressure, no drawn-out sales routine, and none of the typical dealership tactics that make the buying experience unpleasant. Michelle in Finance was equally impressive, organized, professional, and seamless in handling the final steps. The service team was also excellent and reinforced the quality of the overall experience the following day.
What truly sets Fields Cadillac apart is the overall customer experience. Even beyond the sale, they offer thoughtful touches that reflect a first-class operation, including the Fields Diner, which is a great added bonus for breakfast or lunch, as well as complimentary car washes. Those details may seem small, but they speak volumes about the level of care and hospitality they extend to their customers.
This was, without question, the quickest, most efficient, and least intrusive vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. Fields Cadillac delivered a level of professionalism, service, and customer care that is rare in the automotive industry.
