  I would recommend safe link. I had a family issue had to reschedule, but he still reached back to help me get my windshield replaced the same day after an emergency. I recommend safe light thanks. I don't glad I'm at all. State customer

  Feeling like a fool that got scammed. Lynsie came to my house to patch up a small crack on my bronco. She said she noticed that I had selected the option to have the wiper blades replaced and that if I gave her cash, she would have her manager remove the more expensive blades off the invoice. That was yesterday, this morning I turned on the wiper blades. They were loud, clunky, something was off. Surprise, they weren’t installed properly and were the size blades for my car. She put on two 18” blades and my car takes a 20 and a 24. Had to go to Autozone to pay even more out of pocket to prevent any damage to my vehicle. Customer support said there’s no record of wiper blades on my invoice so there’s nothing they can do. Don’t fall for the trap like I did

  My technician stayed well into the evening working on my windshield, leaning he was a father of two young children really impressed me that he continued as late as he did with such a positive attitude. Just want someone at the company to know you have a great young man working for you and chose what was right for the company and not necessarily him and his family.

  The shop was very disorganized failed to deliver a message that they were not coming to install. My glass failed to return any of my calls for one week and I called twice a day then they took it amongst themselves to give me an appointment and not tell me about it. Just showed up at my house when I wasn't home. Terrible customer service at this location in St. Augustine terrible, terrible, terrible terrible. Would recommend any Safelite location. Definitely not the one in St. Augustine though. Terrible customer service

  From the moment I scheduled my appointment there was good communication from the Company as to the time when my technician would be at my house to fix my chip. On the day of the service, the tech reached out and gave me a 30-minute notice as to when she would arrive and she ended up being right on time. This was very much appreciated. The work was completed exactly as she had advised me it would be and completed within the timeframe she told me as well. I would highly recommend Safelite, especially for a chip repair in your windshield!
