I had to go to a different gas station specifically because I needed help reaching an energy drink that was placed very high up I’m quite short and couldn’t reach it myself. When I asked for help, I was met with attitude from not just one, but two employees. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a negative experience here. The store often runs low on many items, and the staff tends to be unhelpful or give attitude when asked simple questions or when you request assistance. It’s really unfortunate because my experiences at other RaceTrac locations have been much more positive.
