  My husband and I just went to look at cars not thinking of purchasing a vehicle. But the service we received from Kevin and Minh was great. They were patient with us and were not pushy all like other dealers. Needless to say we got a fair price and finished leaving with a vehicle. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend.   This dealership is highly unsatisfactory. While the sales representatives are genuinely friendly, the pricing strategy is deceptive. Upon arrival, the advertised price is significantly higher than the actual cost. Upon seating, a manager presents a document indicating an additional 18k in vehicle value, followed by discounts that result in an additional 6k. I offered to pay cash or finance the vehicle with the dealership’s terms, which are excessively high with a perfect credit score. Consequently, I was presented with two options: accept the dealership’s financing rates or pay an additional 3k for the vehicle. This unethical and unprofessional management approach is unacceptable.

  Friendly and helpful, but will charge you for hidden things like ceramic coating that is "pre-applied to all vehicles" which costs them pennies though they will charge you $2,500 for it, etc. Typical underhanded dealer practices to rip off customers and maximize profit at your expense with no way out of it unless you just don't buy from them. Or baking in an advertised discount into the advertised vehicle price so it looks like you'll save an extra $1,500 or something, but it's already counted in the price, so not actually a discount at all. 99% of car dealerships suck and rip you off. It is what it is.
