Throughout the duration of our visit, on Wednesday, October 22, 2025:
(1). The 'cultural energy' was very good. It projected fair treatment, to anyone, across all racial lines. We were treated with professionalism and respect.
(2). Let the record specifically highlight and reflect, the performance of team member/sales associate Aldi. She assisted me and my wife, and she orchestrated the purchase of our 2025 Chevy Suburban High Country. Her knowledge of the vehicle was very impressive. We were wondering how did she know so much about the product (Did SHE manufacture it?). Also, her 'people skills', her communication skills, her ability to make the complex, very simple and easy to understand, and the totality of her customer service skillsets were excellent. If, if, if, if every team member working there, in any capacity, if they delivered the quality of customer service that Aldi provided to us, then I would be saying that everybody, everywhere, should be purchasing their vehicles, from this dealership. She deserve the highest possible remarks. She earned it.
(3). In conclusion, let the record also reflect, in reference to the above-mentioned, team member Jay? in the finance department. His patience, attention to details, and professionalism, was very good. We thank him for the level of customer service, he provided. We thank this dealership for allowing us to provide feedback. High quality customer service, in corporate America, is becoming 'a thing of the past', and when someone does an excellent job, in today's business world, it needs to be known. Thank you.
