  Never order a part through them I have a 2022 Silverado they told me 5-7 days it’s been 15 days I called they couldn’t find me in the system when they eventually found my info they told me another week ,I called today and they said another week to 2 weeks.Im without my work truck.For 15 days now and told it could be another 2 weeks .Dont ever order parts from here

  Sales rep was amazing. Then went to finance. I bought a pre maintenance package but was lied to about what it actually pays for. I attempted to call, email, text, the dealership for 2 weeks now to get it corrected. They just keep sending me an AI generated response apologizing for their delay. I even tried to speak with the GM. They won’t allow you. I finally just called Chevy directly and canceled my plan. Now I am going to cancel my extended warranty because I don’t trust anything that comes out of their mouths. Also when I bought the truck they told me it was extensively evaluated and serviced before being sent to the lot to sell. I literally signed paperwork and on my drive home my oil light popped up. I called them and they apologized telling me they don’t know how it was sent to the parking lot for sale before ever going through a presale so inspection. I will never go back to this dealership again.
