Absolutely waste of my time. Prior to arrival, I had messaged sales rep (Anton) approximately 30 times and called 10 times to speak about the vehicle. Was given assurances over the phone that were lies. Drove over an hour to get there to find out not only had I been lied to, but they were also trying to swindle me. They tacked on 10k in additional fees, no warranty and that was before discussing financing. They insisted that I would never find a truck for the price I wanted. I started with Anton, then they had me talk to Anthony, then finally Gio who all said the same rehearsed bs and wasted my time. Honestly felt belittled and disrespected for giving me the same l8ne 3 times. The additional 10k in fees added to the price is money the dealership expects you to pay for acquiring the vehicle to sell which is preposterous. You dont pass that along to the customer. Left there mad and determined to prove them wrong. Went to another dealership, Auto Boutique in Jacksonville. Found a better vehicle, same year make and model, and for the number I was asking. Staff didn't sound rehearsed like these clowns. Don't waste your time with this dealership. You will end up very disappointed and disrespected for wasting your time. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would!

I had quite a bit of work done on 2/25/26 with Lindsay being the service writer. She was very thorough in explaining all of the recommended service tasks and the costs associated with them. Additionally, the tire air pressure sending units batteries were either dead or were nearing their end of life. I elected to have them replaced during the tire rotation. Lindsay was awesome in explaining what all was covered by my extended warranty and service plans. They flushed the cooling system and brakes, replaced all of the filters, changes the oil, rotated the tires, and replaced the air pressure sending units and had my truck back to me by 4 pm. They even washed my truck! I greatly appreciate all that Lindsay and the mechanics did for me. I won't take my truck anywhere but Hanania Buick-GMC. Thanks Lindsay!!

AESTHETICALLY DISPLEASING FACILITY & EXTREMELY OVERPRICED SERVICE
The Service Staff at Hanania Buick were extremely welcoming and professional. The facility however left much to be desired. The aesthetics did not match the staff’s level of enthusiasm and professionalism. It could absolutely benefit from a remodel or an interior designer at the very least. The results of the diagnostic they performed on my vehicle were consistent with the concerns I presented, so no surprise. However, the estimated repair expense seemed excessive. We decided to take our business to another reputable company with a much more reasonable fee, saving more than 50% on the proposed Hanania Buick service fees. What was even more disappointing is that we purchased our vehicle from this location and received no consideration as a returning customer.

My husband and I really appreciate our salesman David Marshall. He was nice, funny and a pleasant person to work with. He was patient and understanding of our situation and he worked so hard to get us rolling. He also worked with our crazy schedule and stayed late until the deal was done. He even put us on new car insurance that ended up saving us almost $300 per month. He is forever our salesman and friend and we look forward to working more with him in the future. Just like David, everyone else was awesome as well. Everyone showed nice customer service from start to finish. What a great experience!!!

*edit. The tone deaf response from the owner, which didn't address any of the issues in my review reaffirms my opinion.
Ww were on a summer camping trip with my GMC 2500 Duramax Sierra, 15k miles on it. Took it in for it's 5k mile service for the ride home, and they identified oil in the coolant, a known issue, and they quoted me 5 weeks to get parts for the "extensive" repair. We were on a vacation with a camper, 1000 miles from home and had to go back to work the following week. They suggested trading it in, and said it would cause other problems down the road. Based on their recommendation, we went through the buying process but had too much negtive equity in a nearly new truck. They gave us a rental,. but couldn't give us anything that towed. We started making arrangements to store our camper, drive home, then plan another trip to come down and get the truck and camper. Magically, a day later they said they have all the parts and it would be done in a couple of days. Left a really bad taste in our mouth like we were being scammed into buying a new truck. Beware.
