    Wouldn't recommend. Almost impossible to get ahold of anyone. Bought a 2024 sierra 1500 with 17k miles. A week later found the pinion seal leaking on the rearend. Obviously didnt do a very good pre sale inspection. Was told could cancel my warranty anytime. Signed the papers and a month later the warranty is still on my loan. My salesman eddie was great. Anyone else ive dealt with not so much..

    WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! I HIGHLY recommend you go to another location and NOT purchase from this location. It started with my purchase online from Dodge as i had a special order that was delivered to this dealership. The price i ordered from Dodge was not what this dealership tried to sell it to me for, they raised the price higher than what my order purchase from Dodge was. In the end the dealership finally complied and got it back to the original price. Once we agreed on the price i traded in my old vehicle and worked the number with the financer at Hanania. Just before we signed the preapproval bank certified check, i noticed that the number THEY wrote on the check seemed low to me so i said something to the finance guy. His response was: This is not the first car i sold today i know what I'm doing." Ok, i buy that, i don't sell cars they don't engineer aircraft so i stayed in my swim lane. Fast forward 2 weeks and the purchase still has not gone through. So i called my bank and asked why? The bank responded that they had to return the check because the dealership had made the check unreadable with smudges and un-readable signatures. SO it was sent back to the dealership to redo the signatures. Finally the purchase goes through (2 weeks later, trade in is still not paid off, i am paying the old car payment still) Finally the check goes through and the new loan and my old loan are now BOTH my financial responsibility as the trade in still not paid off. I call and the dealership informs me that: "Oh we will need you to get ANOTHER loan because we (the dealership) didn't put the correct price on the check so i would need to take ANOTHER loan out to get more money." Remember when i said the check seemed low and price incorrect but they knew what they were doing. Yeah they didn't know what they were doing so they had not accounted for the trade in price and undercharged me. SO i call my bank again, mind you its been by this time almost a month and half and i am still paying the old car payment and the new car payment. The bank refunds the new loan payment and tells Hanania that they would have to return the full loan amount, payoff the new loan before ANOTHER loan can be ordered. So that's what they had to do, 2 weeks later it gets paid by the dealership and the new loan is cleared. I'm still paying the old trade in payment. So now i go BACK to the bank, apply for AOTHER new car loan that takes a couple days to do. The new loan application is approved and a few more days later i receive the NEW AGAIN bank certified check. However this time because of the nightmare so far and the incompetence of this dealership to date I fill out the check for the correct amount and FEDX it back to them. Few days later they receive the check AGAIN and the buying process starts again, a week later the check is received back by the bank and the new loan is reapplied against the new vehicle AGAIN. Oh, did i mention i am still paying the trade in old car loan and now paying the new car loan again as well. After two more weeks of no payoff on the trade in i call the Hanania dealership AGAIN and complain, have to threaten filling lawsuits and eventually the payoff on the old truck FINALLY went through. In total, the purchase from the time i arrived at Hanania Aug 8 2025 to pick up my new truck and the deal was ACTUALLY done, took FOUR MONTHS!!! FOUR MONTHS to FINALLY get everything paid and done dealing with this debacle! I truly do not know how they are in business! I was so close many times to canceling the deal, have them deliver my old truck back to me and take the new truck away. OH I COULDNT DO THAT because they SOLD my trade in before it was paid off. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! STAY AWAY! They have no idea what they are doing! I wish there was minus reviews because this dealership needs minus stars but a 1 star is as low as i can give.

    This review has taken me way to long to post. We took my 2012 Grand Cherokee Overland Jeep to Hanania back the middle of May 2025 and a wonderful man, Louis Casale, was our advisor. My Jeep has the air supension feature that raises or lowers the Jeep depending on speed or we can use the button to raise or lower it ourselves. When we purchased the Jeep we also bought the Jeep lifetime warranty. The Jeep only had a little over 70K miles on it. The supension system had failed and my Jeep looked like it wanted to stand on it's nose so we had to have it towed to them. Louis worked diligently with the warranty company to have them cover the repairs and he was able to accomplish it for us as it was a very pricey repair. He fought for us and won! They repaired the Jeep at no cost to us except the $100 deductible which we gladly paid. We are so very grateful for all Louis did for us in getting the Jeep repaired. Louis kept us advised every step of the way. We recommend Hanania Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone who needs work done on their car and is the only place we will go to for any future repairs. Thank you Louis Casale and Hanania Chrysler!

    Recently, I went with my mom to pick up her jeep from here. They had told her she needed a new gas tank (current mechanic said that she does not) but it was on backorder (no eta). So they kept her jeep for more than 2 weeks. They also stopped responding to her texts and calls for updates. The jeep was drivable, even acc to the dealership mechanic. So, not sure why they just let it sit in their lot. After her service advisor stopped responding, a few days later, we went and picked up the jeep to take it elsewhere. Service advisor, Amber, said the following when we explained we were here to pick up the jeep since it was not fixed and they had stopped responding. "I answered you" (she did up until 5 days before this day, when she stopped responding completely) "i left early Friday to get my daughter, she came first that day" "i left early yesterday" "it (the part) should have been here by now". It was very unprofessional to just make excuses. We will never go back to this dealership.

    A friend of mine asked me to leave this review on his behalf due to his and his daughter's lives were at risk due to this company's negligence. Warning to Anyone Thinking About Buying a Used Car from Hanania Dodge Chrysler Jeep of St. Augustine! 🚨 Back in August, my car broke down on the way to the beach. It wasn’t worth fixing, so I started looking for something affordable and found a Nissan Armada at what seemed like a fair price at Hanania Dodge Chrysler Jeep of St. Augustine. My wife and I went in to finalize the deal. Since my old car was broken down, they kindly took it in on trade — gave me $800 for it. I took that loss just to get back on the road. Not even 24 hours after bringing the Armada home, the A/C went out. I brought it back, and they told me it “just needed to be recharged.” Anyone who knows cars knows A/C systems don’t just “run out” of coolant — there’s always a leak or underlying issue. Still, they recharged it for free, and I hoped that was that. About a week and a half later, my daughter and I were driving down US 1 when the car suddenly started driving sideways — yes, sideways. We nearly flipped going about 45–50 mph. I barely managed to get control and stop before we ended up in the median. When we had the car towed back to Hanania Dodge, it turned out a ball joint and part of the rear end had broken. 👉 For those who don’t know — when a ball joint fails, the wheel can literally collapse or fold under the car, instantly throwing the vehicle out of control. It’s an extremely dangerous failure that could have caused a serious crash or worse. Every used car there has a sticker saying it’s been “fully inspected.” Yet the A/C failed within a day, and a major suspension part broke less than two weeks later. ➡️ And to be clear, a proper inspection absolutely would’ve caught a worn or damaged ball joint. This isn’t something that just breaks overnight — it gives clear signs of wear that any decent mechanic would have seen. After doing some digging, I pulled the Carfax report and found out that Hanania Dodge themselves had previously worked on the A/C and rear end of the same vehicle — multiple times! So they clearly knew about these issues before selling it. After a long back-and-forth, they agreed to unwind the loan and take the car back — but even that turned into another ordeal. They took forever to contact Capital One to close the loan and even longer to actually pay them off. Because of their delay, we ended up having to make a car payment we never should have owed. Then they mailed the refund check for our $800 trade-in to the wrong address, and it took over a month to finally get it. Now, as of this week, the car is still showing in our name, even though Hanania Dodge has had it since September 3rd. And just to make it worse, we received a notice that a driver’s license will be suspended because the car (which we don’t even have!) supposedly doesn’t have insurance. Here I am now — no car, not enough to get another one, dealing with a pile of hassles and stress, and I almost had my driver’s license suspended because of their incompetence. What makes this even worse is that their negligence put not only me in danger, but my daughter’s life as well. To sell a vehicle in that condition and call it “inspected” is beyond careless — it’s reckless. This has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. 😡 ⚠️ Please be careful buying used cars from Hanania Dodge Chrysler Jeep of St. Augustine. Their inspections clearly aren’t thorough, their communication is terrible, and once they have your money — good luck getting any help.
