  Hanania Dodge is a great Service dealership! I was broken down in my Dodge Grand Caravan Wheelchair van traveling back North to our home. The people at this dealership are wonderful and really helped me and my son (who is in a wheelchair) out. Rodney, the technician properly diagnosed the problem, then stayed late to get it fixed. Thomas the Service advisor was also a big help in making sure that we had everything we needed. Thank you to the whole team for fixing it right and helping out a stranded motorist!

  What an absolute shame that the terrible Hanania autogroup had to buy this dealership and ruin it. It was perfect as Atlantic Ram, now its ruined. Prices, service, etc. Now I have to drive an hour to Jacksonville Ram just to get my truck serviced. Service writers here are TERRIBLE and never pick up. These people KILL dealerships, SAD

  Sean in service was awesome!! We were traveling and our truck broke down and we needed it to be fixed quickly so we could get back home. He went above and beyond to get it fixed quickly. George was great and took us to Enterprise to rent a car. This dealership is wonderful and we are very thankful for you all!

  "I highly recommend Hanania Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in St. Augustine! I highly recommend going to Jack Mcquin to buy your next vehicle! I have been buying my vehicles from him for the past 9 years. Jack always makes the car-buying experience enjoyable and straightforward, which is exactly why he is the only person I go to. Most recently, I had a great experience getting my vehicle fixed. Paul, the General Manager, was incredibly attentive to my concerns and made me feel heard throughout the entire process. He worked closely with the service manager, Amber, to ensure the warranty company covered the necessary parts and gave me a great price on the services performed, I was also provided with a courtesy vehicle which made the process stress-free. It is truly rare to find a team that communicates so clearly and goes above and beyond to advocate for their customers. They really take the lead to ensure you are taken care of!   Came in to look at one truck in particular but ended up leaving with an even better one thanks to my awesome salesman, Tony Lafreniere. I told him exactly what I was looking for and wasn't willing to settle. Within 10 minutes of leaving, he already messaged me another option that had everything I was looking for and more. The timing was divine and I'm grateful for the ease of purchasing something big to use as an investment for business and my livelihood.
