- KCKarin Cruz1 day ago1.0Went to Hanania DCJR at 1:00pm today. (They close at 5pm.) Found the vehicle we were interested in and went inside. We weren't greeted for quite awhile. Finally we spoke to someone and told him what we were interested in. He said he would look for someone and walked off. Half an hour later, we were still waiting for a salesperson to help us. Nothing. But we saw several employees standing around or chatting with each other. There was a second couple there that told me they were having the same horrible experience trying to find someone to help them. I finally approached someone and asked if we could get some assistance, figuring there was still four hours left before closing. He said he was sorry but that they are very understaffed on Sunday, basically alluding to the fact no one would be helping us at all. As I started walking back to the exit, I peered into each sales office. All were empty with only one occupied by two employees sitting at the desk chatting away. The other couple ended up walking out, just as my husband and I did because, even though the four of us were the only customers in sight, not a single employee seemed interested in helping any of us.

My mom took something to get an estimate on(they gave her ridiculous price, so she decided to shop around) they will Tell u one price, get to counter, and it’s way more than what you were told.
