The mechanic completed the oil change, then made sure that all fluids were filled and battery was tested. I would definitely recommend this Grease Monkey service center.

When I arrived I let them know I was trying to squeeze in the oil change in between appointments and they got me right in. I also let them know my tire pressure sensors were on even though I had put air in the tires multiple times. They did a free sensor test and found I had bad sensors in three of the tires and recommended where to get them replaced and how much it would cost. They also knew how to reset the maintenance alert (I have a Prius) which usually gets missed. Very thorough, professional and friendly, everything you'd want. This is my new go to for oil change!

Time to pay and they act like they have never heard of this promotion, tell her they can't do it without a code and charge her full price. Very deceptive.

My aunt calls me and says there is oil spots on her driveway and street where I was parked. I check my driveway and oil is leaking from my engine, the same. I called to just report it and said I would look into it further, I'll inspect the next morning. Next day, oil filter and drain plug leaking confirmed. Oil all over. Called and reported to them. No response since. I added 2 quarts of oil, tightened the filter, plug and cleaned up the under carriage, still need to do more cleaning underneath. No response from the owner. These dudes couldn't even drive a manual transmission, a third guy barely could, finally. Red flag there. I'm talking a Tacoma, not a euro sports car. Two calls, no response. Do your own oil changes...
