- MBMackenzie B5 days ago1.0I went to get an oil change on 1/5. The very next day on 1/6, my check oil light comes on. I took it into a different shop and they explain that Grease Monkey only put 1.5 out of the 5 quarts of oil needed. Additionally, they didn't top off any other fluid like they said they did and my break fluid cap was not put back on. Although the people at Grease Monkey were kind, I will not be going back because of the poor execution during every step of the process.

- WRWade RobertsonDec 14, 20255.0I had an oil change done at another location and was having a problem with an oil leak afterwards. I took the car to Grease Monkey and talked with the Asst. Manager Coop. He checked the oil pan and although he didn't see a leak, he replaced the gasket at no charge. Then he checked the rest of my car, topped off the fluids, put air in the tires just as an added service. I really appreciate Coop going the extra mile. He is a great guy. Grease Monkey is lucky to have him. And, no more leak!
