  We can’t say enough about our recent experience with Fields St. Augustine. From the moment we walked in we were made welcome and listened to regarding our needs and objectives. It started with service on another vehicle and ended with the purchase of a very high-quality used vehicle. My wife is thrilled with her new vehicle. Danny and Brittany made the experience what it truly was. The process was so efficient and warm. From a sales perspective, Danny was amazing. I believe Fields found the “Diamond in the Rough”. No high-pressure approach. More of listening to our needs/non-negotiables and steering us “exactly” to the vehicles that checked the boxes. Personable, attentive, and very service oriented. We truly felt comfortable and almost dealing with family. Now we are part of the Fields St. Augustine family and couldn’t be happier.   Hands down the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experience we’ve ever had. From start to finish, there was absolutely zero pressure, which made the entire process feel comfortable and straightforward. What really stood out was the extra effort they put in for us. Instead of making us drive to another dealership in their brand to test a different option, they went and brought that vehicle over so we could compare everything in one place. That level of consideration saved us time and said a lot about how much they value their customers. The facility itself is beautiful, and every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. You could tell teamwork and customer experience are a priority here. If you’re looking for a stress-free, first-class dealership experience, this is the place. We would absolutely recommend them and would happily buy from them again.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience buying my car from this Mercedes dealership. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Chris, my salesman, was excellent—knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my purchase. Brittany, the manager, was just as great. She was easy to work with, transparent, and clearly focused on making sure I was happy rather than just closing a deal. What really stood out to me was how much they genuinely cared about making sure I was happy. Nothing felt rushed or forced, and they went the extra mile to make the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. If you’re in the market for a Mercedes, I highly recommend working with Chris and Brittany. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the experience overall.

  I worked with Chris from their sales department. He quoted my trade-in and then put down a different number when I asked for the offer in writing. He then lied and said he never said it. The sales manager Brittany then contacted me to tell the same lie, as well. I recommend staying away from this blatantly dishonest sales department.
