    This place is a disaster after the sale. Brought a brand new unit home to the leveling system not wanting to take it off of my truck as soon as we got home and it was stuck for a day and a half and they would not send anyone else even though we just gave them $80,000 Period. Had to pay a mobile RV service out of my own pocket to get it off my truck. Then try to call somebody here after the sale and they will never return your phone call. Then you come up here to utilize the money you’ve spent on your good Sam membership to get propane and you sit here for 30 minutes until you finally go back inside and have to tell them. Hey I’m out here waiting for somebody to give me some propane and then 10 minutes later somebody finally walks out. Unbelievable lack of customer service that is causing me to want to take the training course So I can work on RVs so I don’t have to deal with these people anymore.

    The sales person, Anthony, showed us several units, but did not offer a golf cart even though one member was wearing a medical boot. When I mentioned she should not walk so much he finally got us a small golf cart that caused embers to be squished on the backseat. When we were in his office discussing the tv, He lost his cool when asked a question that he never did answer and stood up and shouted, “like I said” he told us a new $2,000 ac unit would be placed in there we looked at. But the store manager said that was not true. He did not know much about the units he showed us.

    Highly recommend going elsewhere. Use this location to look but do not buy from here . I went here on 2-28-26 sales person was Anthony. Started out ok but at one point he was raising his voice when we asked to verify information he told us. Come to find out the information he said was wrong. Also they raise the prices to make it look like you are getting a better deal. The unit we liked there was another one in way better condition (visited that one on 3-1) that was 2/3k less. Yet when we asked Anthony spoke ill about it even though he never saw the unit. If you do buy make sure any promises are written down before financing. They told us the unit we were looking at would be getting a brand new AC unit said that’s about $1,500 to $2000. We asked for proof of this only to be told there is a work order and they could not provide this information. When the manager came in later he said no it was not getting a new ac. Seems like a bait and switch. Buyer be warned.

    Our experience with Camping World was beyond terrible from start to finish. When we picked up our unit, it was not explained to us properly at all, and we later discovered there was no fire extinguisher included, which is completely unacceptable for a camper. On top of that, we were made to sign the wrong warranty paperwork three separate times due to their mistakes. Instead of taking accountability, they actually threatened to come take the camper back because of an issue THEY created. Communication has been awful. They do not return phone calls and do not respond to emails, and when you do manage to speak with someone, you are treated like you’re the problem — even though this entire situation happened because of their own errors. Unfortunately, Dalton, Alex, Randy, Karissa, and Skylar were all extremely unhelpful throughout this process and made the situation worse instead of resolving it. The way we were spoken to was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, we were even offered a Camping World gift card in an attempt to get us not to post this review, which felt like an effort to pay us off rather than properly fix the issues. This has been stressful, frustrating, and incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend Camping World to anyone based on our experience.

    I visited the Saint Augustine location recently to assist my mother-in-law with looking at and purchasing a new class c motorhome. The experience was probably the worst I have ever seen. The camper was gross inside. There was urine all over the bathroom walls, around the toilet, and the appeared to have never been cleaned inside. The new, factory paint was peeling off the bumper, there were runs in the factory paint, dent in the hood, batteries were dead, multiple cabinets would not open. The salesperson drove the motorhome out to the main parking lot due to my mother in laws medical condition making it hard for her to walk long distances, with the slide out open. A mechanic had recently pulled the ceiling apart as it was evident by the greasy fingerprints and not put back together correctly. The water heater door was held on with duct tape on the outside, the caulking around the cab has already turned yellow and was cracked open. The rear bedroom window gasket was laying on the bed. I cannot believe this is a 2025 motorhome, and new. And to put icing on the cake, the motorhome wouldn’t go above 45mph on Interstate 95. My poor mother-in-law nearly got ran over. She has had a similar experience there in the past but had hoped things have changed. The manager that came out made a claim that we had only given the folks 5 mins notice which is entirely false. I’m called prior to arriving and it was at least 30 or more minutes before we arrived.
