Exceptional experience thanks to Jimmy Brannen and DJ I was perfectly happy with my RAV4—but Jimmy’s proactive outreach and genuine, honest approach convinced me to come in for a test drive. From the moment he greeted me in the parking lot, he made the entire process smooth, simple, and surprisingly enjoyable. I ended up trading in & driving off in a fully loaded 2021 4Runner TRD Pro.
On the finance side, DJ was equally impressive. He listened closely to my goals, worked hard to meet my targets and remained open and respectful throughout the negotiation.

I want to share the incredible experience we had with Beaver Mitsubishi. We drove all the way from The Villages (about 2 hours) and it was worth every mile. The experience started out by chatting with Peter Danielson on the phone. Then he sent me a video walk through of the vehicle. Peter’s genuine interest in making sure we got into the right car for the right payment instantly made me feel like I had called the right place. He also worked quickly to make sure we didn’t spend all day sitting at the dealership. He was just a pleasant person to work with
To make it better, they originally had us financed with one bank at a high interest rate, but the finance manager, DJ, was able to call another bank they have a relationship with and get the rate cut in half! They also extended the warranty and got the monthly payment lower than we expected. Overall, we actually ended up in a better financial situation than we were in with the vehicle that was totaled in the accident.

I saw an online ad for a 2024 Mazda CX-50 with low mileage listed at $23,800. The dealership had two available — a black one with lower mileage and a white one that was $1,000 cheaper with higher mileage. I visited on 10/18/25 and worked with my salesperson, Dejan Jodanovic, who was very nice and helpful.
During the test drive, I noticed some scratches on the body of the car, which I expected for a used vehicle. I was told they would touch up the paint after purchase. When we went over the numbers, I was surprised by a required $3,000 package. The sales manager reduced it to $1,500 after negotiation, but then additional offers and add-ons were brought up later, which made the process feel a bit pressured.
After purchasing, my family noticed duct tape above the passenger tire. I called Dejan the next Monday and left a message. He returned my call and said he’d contact someone to handle the paint touch-up, but by Friday, I still hadn’t heard back. When I followed up, he told me to schedule with the service department, but they had no record or knowledge of my issue.
It’s now been almost two weeks, and the issue remains unresolved. Overall, my experience was mixed — the salesperson was kind, but the post-sale follow-up and extra add-on costs were disappointing.
