  Horrible experience. Bought a 5th wheel in January and are still waiting for things to be fixed that should have been done before delivery. Have reached out at least a dozen times with no response. Save your time and money and go elsewhere

  The gentleman who helped could not have been better but the camper we drove 2 hours to look at was in really bad condition caulk showed every where roof was bad just not what we expected at all being a camping world

  Don’t buy from them. they have horrible customer service and never call you back about your issues. I financed a brand new camper from them agreed on a price and they added warranty’s that I didn’t want and when I asked them to remove them they just kept saying that we’re gonna call you back and fix it. It’s been a month with no resolution. I’ve called 12 different times asking to speak to the general manager an each time I’m told that she’s out of office and will call me back later it never happens. Don’t buy from these People ever.

  DONT SHOP HERE!!!! I had a super disappointing time with what I thought was going to be my dream van. I selected a van I loved and negotiated what I was told would be an “out the door price” My dad and I wanted to do a self pre-inspection of the used van before making the full commitment. The entire time we were looking through the van, our sales person, Travis, was nagging us and telling us we were taking too long to do the inspection. Throughout the several hours of us taking a close look at the van he consistently badgered us and tried to dissuade us from looking into it. Once we felt, we had fully inspected the van, despite Travis’s best attempts to stop us, we were ready to make a final deal. Once I was signing the final documents I realized they were charging me 10k more than what I was led to believe was the “out the door price”. I thought it was a mistake, but turns out it is their trick. They told me I would need to make a $10k deposit, but did not make that clear that the 10k would be in addition to what I was told was the “out the door price”. Save yourself the trouble, these people are snakes and absolutely do not play fair. I walked away from the deal. You should too.

  I have come to the conclusion after 4 years of owning this RV that they dont care about workmanship! They get the work done, but sloppy. (Caulking on caulking on caulking and put on sloppy) New body parts should not be scratch when installed. Even the claim work was done sloppy. Very disappointed. Update: April 18, 2026- they replaced the new parts they scratched, THANK YOU! but they did not go back and fix the caulking on the outside so the unit. I asked to speak, to the parts manager. He called me once and left a message. I called him back 3 times. Finally I ask to speak to the store manager and was told he will call you first thing Monday morning. Its been a week. No calls. No return emails.
