    I saw a car I was interested in and as I was looking, Jaelin came to ask if i needed any help. He was very welcoming, helpful and patient. He made buying a car a good and comfortable experience. I was happy to have him as my salesperson!

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience at Beaver Mitsubishi of Saint Augustine! From the moment we arrived, Aydin checked on us to see if we needed anything but gave us space to browse without feeling pressured — which we really appreciated. Once we found the vehicle we loved (even though it was a bit higher in price than we planned), the team worked with us to make it happen and even helped us get out of a car we were upside down on. DJ in finance made the process smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, everything took about 2 hours — by far the fastest and easiest car-buying experience we’ve ever had. And we typically purchase a vehicle every 2–3 years, so we’ve been through this process quite a bit! Hands down the best dealership experience we’ve had. Highly recommend

    The salesman was especially helpful and easy to do business with. We appreciated his help demonstrating the new technology and how to use it. He went out of his way to help us from the first outreach online through purchase. Appreciated that as helpful and personable as he was, we never felt pressured to buy.

    * I have attached videos & pictures Like many, I read the reviews before coming here and saw only a few negatives. I figured every business makes mistakes; it just matters how they are handled. Their motto is “We're here to WOW ya!”—and wow, they really stick to that… but not in a good way. My household has purchased our fair share of vehicles (three were purchased in the last year), and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Peter in sales was amazing—the only honest person I interacted with (and he wasn’t even my sales rep). I take accountability for trusting them and assuming the vehicle would be ready to drive off the lot before signing paperwork. When I went to look at the vehicle, it still needed to go through service/intake. Their communication needs serious improvement. For example, I was initially told the delay was due to new tires. Later, when speaking with the used sales manager, I was told the car wasn’t getting new tires and other work was being performed. The car still has a bad leak and other issues that they explicitly stated they wouldn’t fix. A few warnings for potential buyers: Inspect the vehicle thoroughly yourself and make sure it’s actually ready to buy before signing. Obtain a copy of your warranty before driving off. I’ve requested mine five times and still haven’t received it. Once the paperwork is signed, they stop caring about you. I exhausted all options before posting this review. I spoke with the used sales manager and the service manager, and I left three messages for the General Manager—none were returned. I even gave them weeks between follow-ups to avoid being pushy. Buyer beware.
