I anticipated that it would cost an arm and a leg but I walked out of there with no bill and confidence in Mavis Tire & Breaks and the team on Mariner Boulevard. I hope not to see them any time soon but I would definitely recommend them!

Dave thoroughly explained what my car needed, gave me a fair estimate, and return my car well ahead of scheduled pick up. They were fast and super thorough. I will definitely bring it back in 30 days to address the issues explaining to me during my estimate. Thank you very much to the staff at Mavis on Mariner. 👍👍

Service was great in the end, but I scheduled a tire service online and never got a confirmation just my payment taken out. Then luckily we called about something else before our appointment and we were told the tires would not be there in time for our appointment. Then a week later we never heard from them. I called and they said oh yeah tires are here we can schedule you. Got us in quickly. Did a great job. There's a disconnect with the website and shop tho that is not acceptable imo
- LGLori GriffinMar 26, 20265.0I rolled in convinced my campervan needed new brake pads because it sounded like a haunted house every time I stopped. They checked everything out and basically said, “Your brakes are fine… they’re just dramatic.” Apparently the heavy-duty pads I have are known to squeak sometimes. They didn’t charge me a dime… and then, on the drive home, the noise magically disappeared. Completely silent. Like nothing ever happened. So now I’m left with two possible explanations: - My brakes were feeling a little neglected and just wanted attention. - They heard the words “replacement” and decided to get their act together immediately Either way, I drove off in peaceful silence and a slightly bruised ego. 😄 Super clean shop, great energy, genuinely nice people. I’ll definitely be back next time my vehicle decides to act up for attention again.
