- DCDonna CocuzzaApr 5, 20262.0This past Saturday I brought my 2023 Hyundai Tucson to jiffy lube in Spring Hill . First, I have to say that the mechanics were very courteous. However, when they performed my oil change I asked to see the oil dipstick and it was only halfway between the low and the full mark and I questioned why they had not filled my engine oil so that it was at the full mark on the dipstick. They gave me some song and dance that there would be too much pressure in the engine. However, I brought my car to Hyundai and checked with them and the oil is supposed to be at the full mark after an oil change. So these guys shorted me at least a quart of oil which they charged me for. I would not recommend going here. I don't appreciate being lied to or treated like I'm stupid because I'm a woman. I take very good care of my car. I change my oil meticulously and I had to go out and purchase another quart of oil and add it to my engine so that the oil level would be full. I'm a visiting nurse. I drive a lot. I need an oil change at least every month so these guys just lost a lot of business from me and I'm going to tell every nurse I work with not to go here

- HSHoly SpiritMar 1, 20261.0Went to Jiffy Lube, Mariner, Springhill, F for an oil changel. Mark told me my battery was bad, and it would be $309.00. The HOLY SPIRIT, told me differently. I went to Tire Kingdom, Cortez, Soringhill, Fl, and Raymond; and Jameson checked my battery. It had 99% life left. Mark, at Jiffy Lube, saw this gray haired 76 year old woman, and tried ripping me off. Stay away from this place!!!
