  Jeff was very helpful. I had no idea on how to get the app or operate it. Many places the help is very inpatient and can't be bothered.Jeff was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. He is deffently what you want to deal with when you dont know what your doing. Thanks Jeff

  I love this freaking place. The car wash is phenomenal and close to $10 cheaper than family car wash on commercial Way. They don't do the inside of the car but they have a lot of free vacuums with good suction , and a free mat cleaner machine. My tires are so shiny and slick after the high $22 a car wash it's incredible. At the very moment I have a free unlimited car washes for 30 days to try it out and I think I'm going to keep the subscription because it is so worth it. 👍

  Locked myself out the car and within minutes Jeff helped me out and was quick, effiencient, and effective. I was able to pick up my kid from school on time. I don't even think its a service offered but he did it anyway. Thank you Jeff!

  on October 25, 2025 around 11:30 AM I went to Tommy's car wash located on Marina Boulevard. I am a monthly paying customer for about two years or should I say was!! I took my car black Escalade through the car wash as I normally do and midway through the car wash. I heard a weird noise on the top right part of my vehicle unusual I look over and the top rack was dangling over when the car wash was over I pulled into the vacuum. Section and sure enough somehow it got partially ripped off. I put it back on, but there was a gap as well as chipped black paint. I immediately Informed a worker, they said that it was impossible for their car wash to do that. I explained to them they have surveillance camera. He said the cameras were down of course they were.!! I still filled out an incident report on October 30 at 5:00pm A manager by the name of Jeff called informed me that they reviewed footage and that they came to the conclusion that their car wash did not do this. I asked if they reviewed the footage of my vehicle And he said no, because the cameras were down. The part is around $160. Tommy's car wash is not willing to cover the cost of an incident that happened at their car wash that cost $160 not to mention the little chips of paint on my car that I've never complained about not to mention the brush bristles that are now starting to show on my vehicle never once complains, but for some reason, it happens, and my rack is now damage to the point of needing to be replaced, they're unwilling to not only acknowledge it, but to cover the cost. They got rid of their cloth towels. Their vacuums are constantly not working properly. When I arrived at the car wash all three of their employees were standing inside. So there wasn't even eyes on the vehicle because they were too busy socializing inside the control room. Not to mention that my vehicle, the tires never look clean. Thank God, Springhill has 1 million and one car washes to choose from because I will no longer Do business with a company who is willing to only take monthly clients money without giving them any customer service, especially in a time of need of when their vehicle gets damaged from their car wash. And the manager Jeff is extremely unprofessional, rude and argumentative!! A disgrace of a manager representation.
