- NCNice CoxNov 8, 20251.0I would give them zero if I could. Do not waste your time or money! Their top priority is quantity NOT quality. They do not honor your appointment time. It is really a first come first serve. I hit a pothole pretty hard and needed an alignment... by the time I left they said my suspension was failing me and I needed $1200 worth of work done. I was suspicious of that recommendation because I had replaced both control arms and ball joints with Dodge in 2020, so I took my Ram for a second opinion. Turns out, my suspension is NOT failing me and is working properly. Before that, I had Mavis install new headlights. Not only did the driver side not work properly, they broke the connector latch and did not tell me... so I was going down the road with my headlight flickering until it stopped working because of a loose wire! Save yourself and dont let Mavis touch your vehicle. I can keep goin but hopefully u caught my drift if not u will see.
