Always personable and gives me realistic times on when things will be completed. Even when shop is busy he lets me know up front so I can plan accordingly. You cant ask for better customer service or reliability. Recommend using 10 out of 10 times

They noticed my windshield wipers were bad and installed some new ones for me. When I went on a trip this past weekend, the driver's wiper flew off and hit the car behind me. No one was hurt. Mistakes happen. I had it replaced for free in another Mavis Tire within 30 minutes of my location, which is awesome. I came back to the shop here and they gave me a free oil change for my troubles. I love these guys.
