The last time we rented for the holidays, the office attempted to call me. I called back an hour later to no avail. We returned from our trip early and in the attempt to return our vehicle to the location we did a swap out at, they said to return it to the original location and there was an alert on our account. It was as if they thought we were attempting to steal the vehicle. Not only is this inaccurate, it is also insulting. After refunding the remaining balance they owed us out of our deposit, they said we can never return for business. I hope this gets resolved. In the meantime, my husband and I not only the money we spent ($1900 t)o rent the vehicle, we also couldn't return to our jobs and are now facing financial hardship. Stress has put me in the hospital. I've never felt so unappreciated as a loyal customer. Disappointed beyond words.
