From the moment we arrived, she treated us in a rude and dismissive way, apparently because she assumed we did not speak English. We only went to have the computer connected to my husband’s truck, which is a very basic service, yet we were met with impatience and poor attitude. The way we were treated felt disrespectful and discriminatory. Customer service should be based on respect, regardless of someone’s language or background. I hope management takes this situation seriously and provides better training, because no customer deserves to be treated this way.
