  I cannot say enough good things about the Store Manager, Akim, at this Pasadena AutoZone. I came in needing a battery for my Genesis G90, which is the largest and heaviest battery they carry. Initially, they were out of stock, but Akim promised to check other stores and call me the next day. He actually exceeded expectations and called me back later that same day to let me know he secured one. Normally, they don't install this specific battery because it is located in the trunk and is extremely heavy, but Akim made an exception and did it for me personally. He installed it with absolute precision and care, even taking the time to apply anti-corrosion treatment to the terminals. On top of the incredible service, the price couldn't be beat. The dealer wanted $600, but I paid $249 here, installation included. All the staff are super friendly, and it’s clear the store is well-managed because of Akim’s efforts. Do not hesitate to go to this location!

  I came into the store with several things I needed to address regarding my vehicle. Akim greeted me and assisted me with each one. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He explained everything with great detail and went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues. I recommend this location and will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you Akim for doing an outstanding job!

  Carl is an absolute dream of a human. He is calm, kind, thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I called at 8:20 am on a Sunday and he was unbelievably helpful. I told him the battery I was going to purchase and have him install and before I got there he made sure it was extra charged! He replaced my Prius 12v battery efficiently and made sure the conductive exchanges were clean and well protected with a special lubricant. Bring him a black coffee to make his day!

  I stopped at this AutoZone store while i was out of town, 2.5 hours away. When I hit Tampa my car started making very bad noises, I was traveling alone and I was very stressed out and scared and got to the point of crying because I didn't know what it was or if I would make it home. When I got to the store I spoke to Simara. She was helpful and very kind at the counter. Then another girl walked up and asked me if I was the one who called earlier. I had called the store earlier and spoke to Octavia Arnold. She went above and beyond anything I expected. She came outside to hear the noise. She checked my power steering fluid, and I had barely a drop in it. She told me what I needed to buy, and I ran back inside to buy it from Simara. Octavia put the fluid in the car because my mom and I had no idea where it went. She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and knew more than most mechanics I Know. She went above and beyond and calmed me in my scary situation. Employees like her are very rare. AutoZone is very lucky to have her as an employee. I'm not sure if she is in management but she deserves a higher position, hours and money . in my opinion. I wont forget her kindness Thank You Octavia!
