  Great customer experience! I needed my windshield wipers replaced. Called the Autozone on 34th and they wouldn’t do it. Called the one in Pasadena and a lovely lady assisted me. Not even 10 minutes later it started thundering and raining! Very thankful for Autozone employees!!

  Akim was the best!! He changed my whole battery in my car in under 10 minutes, made sure nothing else was wrong with starting the car like loose wires etc.. Thanks Akin!!

  I have bought automotive products and parts here before, but today it was a bad experience. Went in the get air filters for 2 cars, cabin and engine filters. I tell him exactly which cars they are, both Chevrolet and ask him to print it out for me. I get the print out and though I did tell him one car was a V8 engine, it shows a 4 cyclinder, for the V8 car. I tell him he has the wrong engine filter because its a V8. He says no. Both can use the same filter. Its obvious he has it wrong. I tell him a V8 is not a 4 cylinder and cannot use the same. Then he looses his cool and gets upset at me, telling me its the same. I tell him, I'm not buying the wrong filter because he can't see its wrong. He swings his arm up in the air and tells me to leave. Terrible customer service, coming from an employee who doesn't have enough training to know the difference for simple air filters for cars. I leave the store, walk to my car and another employee comes walking up. She says though she didn't see what happened she says sorry for the bad experience with the other employee. I say thank you, and tell her that he needs to know more about automotive products and be nice to people. I can buy them online, as I have before and will do so again now.

  Was in store today to purchase replacement wipers for my wife's car, store was very busy yet had no trouble get assistance from a man who turned out was commercial sales manager for AZ yet he stepped up to assist getting the proper size/type blades , even going out to car to verify .Once I purchased he asked the store manager Akeem for direction in getting someone to install them for me. Akeem took the blades and went out and seamlessly installed them and waited until I started car and operated the wipers with fluid to ensure they worked properly, which they did. Great customer service from the team at AutoZone South Pasadena and I highly recommend them.

  Last week I purchased wipers which were installed without a fee. The male worker( sorry forgot his name) also put on a tire hub cap and refused to take any money. I was very grateful for his kindness.
