- MGmanny gonzalezMar 30, 20262.0I have been doing business at this location for over 20 years. Not anymore. I went in for two new tires, an alignment, an oil change, and a brake flush. During the wait, I decided to check on the car. I was told I need front brakes, the service advisor gave a quote, and I said, " Can I think about it? " He also mentioned that the brake flush had nothing to do with replacing the front brakes. A few minutes later, he came up and said, "I can't do your brake flush, I don't have the workforce." Come back another day." His tone of voice was rude, and he just walked away. Today is my day off, so I am looking for another shop to do my brakes. He gave me the impression he was upset. I did mention it to Ben, the manager (nice person); he was apologetic.

They took care of it right away and had everything resolved in less than 20 minutes. They also checked the tire carefully to make sure there weren’t any additional screws or damage. When lifting the car, they made sure the lift arms were positioned correctly to protect the Tesla’s lift points, which I really appreciated. Great service, fast work, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!
