- NFNicci FaganMar 30, 20261.0Had the oil changed in my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee at the Seminole location 8/8/2025 while visiting my son. Everything seemed fine at the time - but now that I'm trying to get my oil changed again, having issues with the drain plug. Was WAY over tightened, bolt is not budging and getting stripped. Had to replace an oil pan in my 2012 Jeep GC after a similar incident at a different quicky oil change place. Guess I didn't learn my lesson the first time. :(

I went for a simple oil change and they can’t even properly put the skid plate back on causing it to come off while I was driving. On top of that they tried to upsale me on a cabin filter when I got home and looked they showed me a cabin filter that was not even close to the one that was in my car, completely lying to my face.
- CSChris StanleyMar 28, 20261.0I did not even pull into the docking Bay and the mechanic on duty talk me out of getting an oil change. He said that they do not put conventional oil in my car because I have a lifter knocking. Then he went on to explain that my vehicle should have synthetic oil and then went through all the listing of everything involved with it and said it would be about $170 to get the oil change for them. If I know I have a Lyft or knocking and I asked for a basic oil change the company should give me a basic oil change.

The alignment was not done which was part of the Groupon due to the guy said it was best to keep the wheels with the most thread on the back. The team was awesome, informative and nice attitudes.

When I get home the battery holder is falling out of the vehicle. I will say the oil change itself was priced good and the employees were friendly. I don’t believe this was intentional but just disappointed.
