Had Peter working on my vehicle this morning and he was wonderful! Educated, honest, no pressure, sweet and kept me in the know of what they were doing. 10/10 recommend!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Haven’t had a car for four weeks, they broke my oil pan, are impossible to contact, and have no genuine care for their customers. I’ve had to uber/walk everywhere due to their errors with my car. Please do not go to this shop!

Been going to this place for 7 years, always happy with the service and the pricing. Even when the staff turns over, we've found they typically replace their people with knowledgeable, helpful folks that know what they're doing and can answer our questions, regardless of if it's our truck or cars. Our most recent visit, Peter, Luis, and Ivan went above and beyond for me locating an air filter at one of the Advanced Auto shops nearby and went and got it so it could be installed immediately. Highly recommend.

I’ve always had a good experience withValvoline. My experience today was over the top! Thank you, Peter, for taking the time to explain what I needed and why. Your honesty and eagerness to help me get the most out of my older vehicle was very much appreciated. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I asked to have my tires filled, because they were low (26 psi). Before I left I noticed the light was still on. I asked the guy to double check that he filled the tires, and he said they did. On my receipt it says tires check, ok, 33 for the front and the rear, but my car was telling me the highest one was at 30. When I was home I checked manually, which said the same thing. I went to Wawa the next day, filled my tires, and my car reflected the new pressure. It’s fine if they forgot at first, but the fact that I was lied to both to my face and on my receipt was unkind.
They also asked to replace my cabin air filter. I know these are usually $5-15 at Home Depot, so I assumed it would be around ~$30. However, I was charged $60.
Overall, I paid $177 for an oil change, a cabin air filter, and for non-existent air. I called my mechanic cousin after, and he told me it was because I went to Valvoline and that I was scammed. I understand paying more for convenience, but $60 for a $5 air filter seems a little steep.
Other than that, the staff was nice.
