First I spoke with the mechanic and said they didn't have that.. (I made a mental note to try to get everything checked again but honestly would of forget..) Then I mentioned it to ALYSSA, and she EXPLAINED THE SAME ISSUE WOULD HAVE HAPPENED AGAIN IF I DID NOT HAVE THE PROPER ANTIFREEZE COOLANT!! She personally drive to AutoZone to buy the kind I needed, and made it happen!! I'm a single mom with no steady income, they were able to work with me financially I WILL BE RETURNING FOR ALL MY VEHICLE NEEDS

When I brought it to their attention I was told "The kid made a mistake and didn't torque it down, probably came loose as you drove." I asked them not to touch it and when they went under the car to verify my claim, they did it anyways. Was given no apology for the mistake and no effort was made to make things right. Now I have to clean oil from a driveway and from the plastic shield. I will never return and I will never recommend anyone go here. I would never treat a customer as coldly as they did if I made the same mistake.
